Description of Work: Need refrigerator repair for a fairly new refrigerator purchased from Bray and Scarff. Rude service people no attempt at customer service; it has been 4 weeks and still no repairs.

Description of Work: Overall, the design, the work performed and the equipment (cabinets, backsplash, countertops, floor tiles) & appliances were excellent. The only exception were the guys that worked on the floor. The reason that I haven't given them an A rating was that IMO it took way too long to finish the project.

Description of Work: We bought an Asko washer with a replacement guarantee. The washer worked for a couple of weeks before it broke down the first time. We then started a cycle where the repairman took a month to come see the washer, a month to order parts and a month to come install them. The machine would work for a couple of weeks after each cycle then broke again. After three cycles we asked for the replacement stipulated in the guarantee. They refused. After several years and more than 10 cycles Bray and Scarf sold their guarantee business to GE and GE replace the defective unit. Bray and Scarf sold junk, and did not honour their agreement.

+ -1 moreHighly unsatisfactory. It takes at least a week to get a repairman to show up, who then merely diagnoses. then it takes another week at least to get the actual repair. Service guys tell us B&S does not stock any parts, even simple ones. All our equipment is under warranty.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THEIR WORK. I DO NOT THINK THEY ARE CHEAP BUT THE SERVICE WAS QUITE GOOD. THEIR INSTALLATION TEAM WAS VERY GOOD AND DID A NEAT JOB.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A NEW STOVE AND MICROWAVE FROM THEM. IN ADDITION, THEY REMOVED MY OLD APPLIANCES.

+ -1 moreFANTASTIC JOB. NEAT, CLEAN, WERE ATTENTIVE TO KEEPING OUR HOUSE CLEAN AND NOT DAMAGING THE FLOOR/WALLS DURING THE MOVEMENT OF BOTH NEW AND OLD APPLIANCES. APPLIANCES INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND WITH A GREAT DEAL OF PRIDE IN WORKMANSHIP. ALL FITTINGS WERE THOROUGHLY CHECKED FOR LEAKAGE.
