Rodger Thompson Is an extreme professional. Contacted him last minute to fix my washing machine. Mr. Thompson was able to schedule me later on that day. Very professional and helpful often asking permission prior moving forward with the repair and gave suggestions afterwards. Definitely will work with Mr. Thompson in the future!

Mr. Thompson came and spent the time taking apart my dryer to investigate the issue. He even did all the appropriate checks and almost determined that we needed a new timer. Then he took one final look and noticed the knob was cracked. I appreciated that final look and finding the correct answer because the underhanded and lucrative thing to do would have been to create a bigger project. Instead he replaced the knob with no troubles. On top of that, he offered advice to prevent future issues with our air vent by getting an indoor dryer vent instead of the situation we had prior. It’s actually made our clothes dryer more efficiently. And when I had concerns about my dryer overheating, Mr. Thompson came by the next day to take a look at it, free of charge. I highly recommend Mr. Thompson and will be using him in the future for other troubles.

Successful repair

Rodger was on-time, polite, and hot straight to the point. He immediately determined what the issue was(in under 5 mins) and then started looking up parts to see how much everything would cost. He provided us with an estimate and answered any further questions we had. We paid for the fee for him to come out and provide us with the estimate. We may purchase a new appliance altogether, but if we do not and will just have our oven fixed then this fee goes towards the price of labor for the job.

I ended up not having Roger do the repair work but he was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend him to others.
