The mechanic never showed up in person, he called after four hours of waiting for him, to say he doesn't do that kind of work. I was furious he never even came to the house to discuss the issue. All we needed was a meter to detect underground faults and then repair it. We explained our problem BEFORE he came out. UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least ! He also said, "someone has fooled with this, so im not touching it." Yea, buddy my husband who is mechanically inclined and runs an hvac business but doesn't have an underground meter. We called the electrician company SMARTECH and they were professional from the start and knowledgeable.

They did everything that I expected. The work was neat and the work areas were left clean.

Provided advice to reduce cost of project, they were were neat and efficient. They finished at the end of the day and couldn't pressure test, ran out of time. There was one leak the next morning and they were back within a couple hours to take care of it. I was very pleased with them in every way.

I have used Relay Mechanical for commercial and residential work, including electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling. They are incredibly honest, responsive, and reliable. I feel like I get what I pay for with them, and I know the job will be done correctly. They are willing to say when something is not what they normally do and then refer accordingly. The guys are hard workers and understand how to do things right the first time. I highly recommend these guys, and wouldn't think of using anyone else.
