+ -1 moreMr. Koval was very professional and knowledgeable. He removed the materials when he was done and left my yard in the some condition it was when he arrived. Mr. Koval did a great job with the deck and used quality materials. I felt extremely comfortable having him at my home and very secure. Mr. Koval help me when I was trying to find a contractor even when I told him I was considering other. He know all the county code and was sure to follow them and conduct his work as per the code requirements. I am so happy with my choice to grant him the job. He will be my go to guy on any of my home construction projects.
Description of Work: I had my deck redone by removing and replacing flooring, replacing rail caps, replaced one rail post, securing top rails, and adding some light support to the bottom rails.

Description of Work: Mike has been the go to guy since 2002 for our condominium association, and for me personally, for maintenance, repairs and remodeling work. He has rebuilt decks, fixed structural issues with bearing walls and done interior remodeling and repairs.

+ 1 moreIt was not by accident that we contracted Koval Construction for our garage addition. We had contracted Mr. Koval the previous year to build a screen porch to replace an existing second story deck. We were so impressed with Koval Construction and the gorgeous porch that we didn't even bid the garage addition. The new garage addition surpassed our expectations. The attention to detail and uncompromising quality are traits I wish all contractors possessed. The new roof shingles matched the old house shingles perfectly. The job site was kept clean and organized at all times. We literally had to do nothing but pick out the colors and buy new furniture (and wife's new car for the garage!). Please don't hesitate to contact Koval Construction if you have a remodeling or building need. You will not be disappointed with the results!
