handyman service
+ -1 moreI hire John to do mainly drywall work and repairs to the point of primer. He was to replace walls in Bath,kitchen and closet. Bathroom exterior walls were to be waterproofed, which I would do, before studs and drywall went up but he proceeded with work without consideration of this (we brought this to his attention when he began to stud out) Claimed it was not nesassary & watering proofing outside exterior would be enough. I am experiencing water seepage again in this area now. Ths drywall finishing was extremely poor work most of it never sanded. I was left with a mess to attempt to repair most of which is still visible. I can show people the poor quality work he did and the agreement. I will never use this service again.
Description of Work: Hired to repair drywall after demo and replace walls in Bathroom, kitchen and closet. Agreement was finish drywall so it would be ready for priming and painting. No sanding of these repairs was done le He subcontracted the electrical and plumbing to others.
