Description of Work: Remove Quest pipe and moderate remodeling of a bathroom and powder room. Was to include new vanity and light only in powder room and new tub, subway tile surround and new countertop, sink, faucets and lighting in bathroom.

+ -1 moreTim from BZB provided me a detailed estimate well in advanced of the work. He arrived at the time that we set with his crew and within 20 minutes Tim advised that the job would cost less than he estimated. He advised that some of the wood he was going to replace has already been treated. He could have charged me the original price and I would not have known the difference. In addition to a reduced price he did excellent work. I highly recommend BZB Construction.
Description of Work: BZB removed rotten trim and replaced it with the treated material. This was done around eighth windows to include a bay window.
