This guy is horrible, do not let him scam you! The owner Ryan came out to my house, asked for the entire floor cost up front ($19,000) and said he would order the floor immediately. He never ordered the floor but led me to believe he had. He spent the entire amount and when it came time for the floor installation (2+ months later) he lied and said the floor was on back order and he didn’t have it. I contacted the flooring company direct to find out that the floor was not on backorder that he was lying to me and that he had never paid them for the floor. I ended up having to overnight a check to the flooring company in order to get them to release the floor. It was a complete fiasco and the installation was even worse he cannot install hardwood floor or ceramic tile this guy sucks do not believe a word he says!

TERRIBLE!!! BEWARE of this business. They came in and left a seam going all the way across the bedroom, Then they put my refrigerator back improperly which caused my icemaker to leaking on the floor. They blamed me for their mistakes. They keep blaming my icemaker, and told me that this was not their problem. They put the new floor over top of the old linoleum and did not glue it down properly which caused the whole floor to buckle in several places. When I asked them to fix it, they kept telling me to ( wait a month and let the floor settle because it was summer.) Then after 2 months they told me to wait because of the cold. I have had 3 flooring contractors out to give me estimates and everyone has said this was an installation problem. When I confronted them about this, she called me a liar, and said she would sue me because I told her I wanted a new floor by Thanksgiving. My husband, who is very calm person called them to ask them their side of the story, and the wife hung up on him. BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS COMPANY! Butter would melt in this woman's mouth, until a problem comes up, then you see her REAL SIDE! I have to have the floor they put in ripped up, the original floor ripped up and new subfloor replaced, at my expense!
