+ -1 moreThe owner discussed the problem with me to determine exactly what I wanted. He was very friendly, as if I were an old friend. He assured me that in the worst case scenario, he was certain I could safely transfer any files that remained in the hard drive. He went through the computer thoroughly, confirmed it was unusable, and extracted the hard drive in a way that allowed me to easily transfer the data to another computer.
Description of Work: I had a dead computer, I knew it was dead; it had a fall. Nevertheless, I wanted it checked and if possible save the data if the computer is too far gone.

Description of Work: They tried to repair damage done when I accepted a free download of Windows 10, but could not-so they had to restore my computer to Windows 7. It took them over a week-but finally I got a working computer back! They said-" Had you asked us we would have advised against accepting the free offer of Windows 10"

Description of Work: I went to International to ask a question about an adapter so I could plug in my new headphones to my laptop when there were no more outlets available. The man suggested I use a thing called a "hub" and had one there which I bought and was a lot cheaper than another that had been recommended by another business.

Description of Work: Had International Computer go over desktop computer and clean up any virus or malware and speed up system. They did a great job and cleaned up the little problems we were having. Only suggestion is, if you have a anti virus program installed and you really like it, make sure and tell them not to remove it.
