Description of Work: Hired this guy to build a deck which will have a sunroom put on it later. He knew the footings are supposed to be 24" diameter and he dug them 15" diameter. When I told him they wete supposed to be 24" by code he tried to extort more money to dig them the right size. Now he told me that he wont give me my 4k deposit back. So now were taking him to court. Never use this guy hes completely incompetent.

Description of Work: Roof repair following hurricane. Major portion was repaired; however, follow-up for "punch list" remains incomplete. Very disappointing.
