+ -1 moreSteve Zirkle was recommended by a dear friend many years ago and I in turn have recommended him to several friends and neighbors. Mr. Zirkle is a throw back to a time when service providers arrived on time, looked you in the eye, gave you a firm handshake and provided quality work at a reasonable price. Recently, my front door lock stopped working. Mr. Zirkle quickly diagnosed that a part was needed that part was not locally available. Mr. Zirke contacted the part's manufacturer and arranged to have the part expeditiously delivered. He returned the next business day and installed the part and did not charge me an extra cost.
