+ -1 moreThe AC compressor (a new one) has damage internally to the coils, and no one could have reached inside the compressor to damage it, except for their technician. The service staff was not professional or concerned about the work they performed in the past. They have been slow to respond and our AC and our house is not comfortable in the summer. We may have to again get a new AC compressor, but NOT from MultiAire. We also found online that MultiAire does not have a license to perform work in Maryland.
Description of Work: We had MultiAire install a new furnace and AC unit several years ago. The AC has never worked properly since. Getting them to come out and service the unit has taken days to weeks for them to respond, and things never improved.

+ -1 moreI was not here when they came, but I have not got a call from my tenants, so I assume it is fixed. I have used them in the past though and they do good work and the price is reasonable too.
Description of Work: Multi-Aire came and fixed a heater for one of my tenants.
