Wow! Dave came out today and repaired my fascia trim on my home and I must say, he was the best contractor I've ever experienced. This is the second home I built, and had horrible experiences with other contractors; but Dave was on time, courteous, professional, and has a great and friendly personality. I invited him back to perform other projects and will spread the word to my neighbors and friends about his excellent work. Thanks Dave !

Dave replaced my shutter and trim on outside of house. He repaired baseboard, the door on my desk and a couple of other repairs in the house. Dave does quality work and is reasonable. I would recommend Dave and will use him in the future.

Dave called me back on Saturday, had work finished by the time I returned home from work on Monday. Unlike many of the contractors I have experienced, he seems to want the business even if it is not a huge project. Had him replace trim around front door and he beat other estimate I received by quite a bit. would use him again in a heart beat.

Dave did a great job. Communicated well explained what he was going to do. On time for estimate. Product ready and installed within 5 days of accepting the bid.

Dave did a great job repairing siding and pressure washing the house. He and Maria are professional, friendly and easy to work with.

Bad storm blew off some soffit and piece of siding along edge of roof. David matched and replaced it to match vey well. He also, on his own initiative, went around the entire roof edge and renailed any spots that seemed loose to make sure this did not happen again. Reasonable price and good job.

I called Cypress contracting day one. Day two Dave came out to my home called me back with a estimate to repair my fascia. Day three job completed clean and neat! Dave's work is flawless! Dave was on time, very polite, friendly, and professional. His estimate for the protect was very reasonable to begin with, and once he had finished it, he went down even more.
