Robert (Bobby) Smith is reliable, does good work. I have already recommended him to friends and neighbors, and will use him again. In addition to remodelling one bath (and now starting on the 2nd bath) he laid ceramic tile from the entry through the kitchen, and tore down and replaced a deck around our hot tub. He is a real pleasure to work with. I plan on continuing to use him on our future projects.

Mr. Smith and his son are a great team. They took up old ceramic tile and replaced with new; put in a couple of pieces of sheet rock, mudded, sanded and painted the entire bathroom. Also had to remove vanity, mirror and toilet in order to complete project. Excellent job in a timely manner.

I hired Bob based on his estimate and his professionalism. He started everyday on time and finished the job as contracted. I will be using him again and again!

Bobby Cancelled the contract after signing claiming he was too sick to do the work but then declined to help us find a replacement and would not put us in touch with the subcontractor who had already started the work. He was very slow or unresponsive to phone calls, texts, and messages. He really left us in the lurch.

Robert and his employees are very friendly and professional. We hired them for built in bookshelves. Built Rite Builders did a great job. The bookshelves are just what we were looking for. Robert kept us in the loop as he drew up the design, and as he began installation to ensure we were happy with the process. We've hired him again for other projects around the house.

Robert called me the first day I put in a request. He came by and gave an estimate and we hired him the next week to put in our kitchen back splash. It looks fabulous and it was done in two days.
