Brent helped us with our slate roof almost a year ago, and it was a wonderful experience. At that time, he said, "There are a couple of spots we'll keep an eye on. So call us again in the spring." As we have a slate roof, we prefer to have annual inspections anyway. So after winter broke, I called Brent. And called Brent. And called Brent. He told me several times that he'd come over, and never did. He never followed up. I called him for WEEKS. After 2 or 3 months, I got annoyed with him, and told him that if he didn't want our job to just say so, and stop telling me he would come. He came by immediately after that call, stood in our driveway, glanced up to the roof on the second floor and said, "It looks OK." THAT WAS IT. It's now 3 weeks later, and our attic is leaking. (We only just noticed it. For all we know, it's been leaking this whole time.) WE HAVE WATER IN THE HOUSE AS A DIRECT RESULT OF BRENT'S DISMISSIVENESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.

Fantastic experience. Brent arrived on the specified date for an inspection, provided a quote and began work on an agreed upon date. Work was completed in 1 day, excellent site cleanup and professional service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Was so pleased I had him do my mom's roof as well. Same experience and results.

WB Cooper Roofing was highly recommended by a friend of ours so we decided to give Brent a call for an estimate. Brent arrived on time, inspected the roof and gave us and estimates on the spot. We contacted 2 other companies who also came out however neither one went on the roof and basically took measurements and assessed the job from the ground; Brent was the only one who actually climb up onto the roof for the inspection and he was approximately $4000 lower than the others utilizing the same quality materials, shingles and workmanship warranties. On the day of the install Brent and his team arrived promptly, throughout the entire job they were extremely considerate to my wife and of our property. When the guys were done the yard was spotless and the roof was beautiful. The proof is in the pudding and we haven’t had a hard rain as of yet however I am not expecting any issues.

They did an outstanding job, were very respectful, and cleaned up behind themselves like I've never seen before. As I have a row home, and my roof meets another, one particular area of potential problem is where your roof meets your neighbors. WB Cooper did an excellent and professional job of interlacing my new slate with the existing slate of my neighbors roof, something not all roofers have done in the past. I was very pleased with the end result. Overall, I was extremely pleased and would gladly have them do work for me again.
