I had to request a summary in writing and did not receive professional statement of results with pics; just received a short email.

Mr.Pat initially when i took appointment said he can do the drawings for us. Once he came he took measurements etc , and wasted 1.5 hours of time, but when asked to do drawings, he started saying, i have 6 weeks work etc etc, basically he looks like he is not someone who will draw the diagrams. Anyway at the end he took money for 3 hours , though including travel time, it was only 2 hours and 20 minutes. He took money for 40 extra minutes, saying if we ever call back for some suggestion, if we don't call he will refund. We never called him for suggestions , and asked for refund, although he sounded like he didn't wanted to give it back, still said i will mail it. He ever mailed it, i tried to follow up, still he says I mailed it, but we never got it, I even checked in post office as he rudely gave reply "I mailed it on July 7. call the post office". Summary: Guy is cheap and greedy, he is not for any serious jobs, even county inspector will give suggestions that this guy gives. Don't waste your money calling him if you want drawings done.

It was a pleasure to work with Pat on this one. Everything was smooth from A to Z. He does charge travel time, but he is local to my house, so it was not bad at all. Pat knew exactly what he was talking about, and even took the time to answer some additional questions I had about some cracks in the basement floor. I would definitely call him again if the need arises. Highly recommended.

Pat Sweeney is very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. He was able to assess our situation and provide us a diagram of the necessary repair in a matter of just a couple hours. He is perfect for small jobs like this, and his price was incredibly reasonable. We are grateful that he performs this type of "small potatoes" work that no one else is interested in.

He looked at the floors and basement beams and determined that the structure was fine but I could fix it if I dont like the way the floors look.
