+ -1 moreEverything done perfectly. Great job of cleaning up afterwards. You would never have known they were here, except for the quality of the job!! They arrived on time and stayed until job was complete.
Description of Work: Installed kitchen faucet, drain, disposal and insta-hot. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work and time. We had purchased fixtures. Their price included all plumbing materials. We have used them in the past, prior to joining Angie's List. I would highly recommend them. An outstanding locally owned business!!!

+ -1 moreOverall work was done as expected. Their estimate was $1,000 LESS than 2 competing estimates. The workmen were friendly and took time explain what was going on during the job. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing work!!!
Description of Work: We needed to replace our waterline from the street connection. Exterior placing of the copper line was done by South Carroll Backhoe. Dave did the interior connetions. The work is excellent. Very little mess, he was quick to install. The repairs required permits and was done to up to date code.

+ -1 moreDave was on time and very nice. I even asked him a question about the furnace and he was nice enough to answer it honestly and even showed me where the filter is (my furnace is really old).
Description of Work: Battery backup sump pump (Zoeller Basment Sentry model 507) installed. Cost of the system online ranges from $240-$280, so I think I got ripped off on the total cost (parts and labor).

+ -1 moreOur plumber was a little curmudgeonly, but he knows plumbing and he stayed with us until we were satisfied with the brand of faucet and shower we had selected against his recommendation. He returned a couple of times to try to adjust it to our liking. (He was really a very nice man).
Description of Work: January 2006 removed old: toilet, vanity/sink with faucet, cast iron tub/shower/drain/faucet. Installed: toilet, sink/vanity top with faucet, tub with faucet, and shower and drain kit, copper piping above floor for tub faucet, repair floor under tub, replaced kitchen trap.
