 + -1 moreI contacted Paragon Fence this spring for an estimate on a custom design/build fence, 110 linear feet, for my Baltimore rowhouse backyard. I have revised my design and the scope of work several times, requiring Tucker (at Paragon) to come to my house twice for consultation and estimate revision. Tucker has been very professional via email contact, responsive to my questions, and amenable to my hands-on approach to design direction. As of this writing (7/26/2010) we have not yet contracted. I will write an updated report when and if I decide to proceed with this project.

 + -1 moreTucker is a good guy. He is honest, responsive, and trustworthy. My installation was hampered by very poor quality in the hired-hands he used to put the fence in. They slapped the fence up haphazardly. I called Tucker and he immediately showed up. The fence was taken down and they started over. The final quality is good, not great.

 + -1 moreTucker and his helper were great. He was quick to respond to all questions. The schedule was off a little because of rain, but in the end he completed the work in time for the next step in my yard/garden redo. The fence is gorgeous and it gives me the privacy I wanted while allowing air to circulate better than a standard privacy fence. All materials were cleaned up completely by the time the project was finished.
Description of Work: Old chain link fence removed and new alternating board clear cut cedar fence with lattice top installed. A deadbolt lock for the back gate was also included.
