Salesman overcharged me by $100 which I did not notice until I reviewed my receipt at home. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday, 11/14. Upon delivery, refrigerator was broken. They delivered all of our appliances except the fridge which they rescheduled delivery for Sunday, 11/15. We stated that we needed a morning appointment on the 15th since we had a funeral to attend. At 8pm on 11/14, we received an automated call that the fridge would be delivered between 4pm-7pm. At 4:30pm on Sunday we receive a call stating that they were running late and would be arriving about 8:30pm. We inform them that we would wait and that we needed the fridge because our kitchen water was shut off awaiting the ice maker line connection. At 8:30 we call them to find they are still out and would be delivering. at 9:30 we called again and informed them we would wait however late but that we had to have the fridge today. Several calls to them later and still waiting after 11pm. At 11:45pm, they call us to say they are not coming at all. They eventually required us to leave work on Monday to meet them for delivery. I cannot understand how any delivery schedule could be so far behind that they still could not complete the delivery at midnight!

Everything went okay with them. They had the product we were looking at the price we wanted and they delivered the washer quickly. The purchase and delivery was easier that we expected compared to other purchases similar in the past.

They are nationwide. My experience while making a purchase with them was excellent. They were right there to help me. They explained how everything works on the TV, they offered me a policy that was very reasonable, I took it, and I never had a problem with it so far. I bought several things from them.

hhgregg Appliances and Electronics have a huge store and a lot of branches. One thing I liked about them was that they said they'd deliver a TV and set it up at an extra price, but that I would get a rebate if I sent this stuff in. I did get the rebate. Sometimes they are iffy but this one was good. They have a huge selection. I was looking at an oven and this woman said she would call round and find an oven that fitted the space I needed. I thought that was extra courteous. The person I dealt with was knowledgeable. They were efficient about delivering and setup. Their prices seem to be competitive.

I have had the worst experience with this store. I have bought many appliances from other stores before, but never have I met a more unprofessional team. Here is why:1. They promise to match any other store prices offered at the time of purchase. In fact, if you listen to the automatic message for these stores, it says they beat the prices even by 10%. This is not the case. We ended up paying a lot more.2. The staff avoids to mention hidden fees. Only after we were ready to check out we were told about additional service fees that they and quot;forgotand quot; to mention. The staff is also misinformed on finance options. 3. One of our appliances was weeks late. We were not notified until a few hours before the delivery of the other appliances, when there was nothing else we could do but wait. We were not called back by the store to set up the delivery of this appliance, I had to take hours from my day to track it down. They postponed the delivery once again, because someone forgot to set it up. It was a nightmare. I would never go to this store or chain again. We found much better deals at Home Depot and Lowe's.

My overall experience with them was good.
