The provider missed quite a bit of obvious items to clean. First and foremost, my floors have a film on them and look terrible Missed the floors in the living room and formal dining Left debris from the vacuum in my foyer and did not mop there either They were unable to do any of the window sills on the main floor or 2nd floor due to time constraints They left my windows unlocked in the basement and my blinds were left up and slanted Missed the basement sink Missed the basement coffee table and end table Missed the floors on the entire 2nd fl Missed dusting the hall table (buffet) on the 2nd floor Missed dusting and dumping trash in powder room on main level Missed windows in the living room on main level Missed windows in formal dining on main level Missed side light windows on main levelDid not dust in the living room or formal dining Missed polishing/dusting buffet and dining table in formal dining room Missed dusting in formal living room Missed trash dumping in office and vacuuming rug They were scheduled to come back and tried to call to postpone but I have company coming into town so couldn't accept new time. We decided that given the long list of things they missed, the overall way we were treated and the lack of professionalism we experienced, we simply didn't want to have them back. We absolutely do not recommend using this service. They are great at over-promising but they will under-deliver.
