+ -1 moreThis company performed BEYOND the call of duty. My laptop's GPU had broken, rendering the display non-functional, so I couldn't do anything with my laptop anymore. At Gadget Guru, I got quoted 180 dollars to have my data transferred over to an external hard drive--and that was only for the service! (I would still have had to invest 50-70 dollars in an external hard drive as well). At B Net Computers, I paid $50, AND they made an external hard drive out of the hard drive in the laptop FREE OF CHARGE. Prompt, excellent-quality service. I honestly could not have asked for more. Amazing experience!
Description of Work: He extracted all of the data off my laptop and put it onto an external hard drive.

Description of Work: my pc has Windows Vista, which is a memory hog. pc was operating extrememly slowly. needed to improve its performance. B Net upgraded my hard drive, increased RAM so my machine now functions much faster, gave me options for future upgrade to Windows 7, which is not really necessary now that I have a new hard drive and faster speed. worked with Derrick(sp?). he was patient and a good communicator. service was prompt. price was very reasonable.

+ -1 morebNet was convenient to my house and school, they had plenty of parking for drop-off and pick-up and very very speedy with the repair. They even managed to get the job done on time when the repair was taking place in the middle of Sandy last Fall. The computer is as good as new, works great. I would definitely use them again if I need future computer repairs.
Description of Work: I dropped my laptop and cracked the screen.

+ -1 moreTheir prices are reasonable and they really work with you and answer questions for you. When I had questions besides what I had gone in for they didn't charge me and were more than helpful in answering those questions. They were very accommodating.
Description of Work: My son spilt something on his computer. He had a warrantee to fix it but we needed to back up his computer drive first so thats what they helped us with.
