Usa Premium Cleaning Svc

Have several Service Alley vouchers. Company always has answering machine on and never returns calls, not sure they are even in business. Have requested a refund.

No one ever showed up for an appointment that was scheduled a month in advance and there was no response from the company.

I was not been able to schedule a cleaning after I bought a groupon. Tried for several months to reach them through their website and phone. One time luckily I got through the phone but the person on the phone said she was merely taking messages and some one will get back to me. No one ever got back to me. I contacted Groupon and they asked me to contact them through their website. I sent them over three messages. I feel I could have cleaned the house in less time than I spent on contacting them. I am now not even comfortable to get such unprofessional and unreliable people into my house. Who knows if something goes wrong if I will ever be able to contact them. Also Groupon people mentioned that they have received complaints from others too. I am really disappointed in group on for featuring such a crappy company on their deals. Vineeta i

I had a Service Alley deal for them. I was able to arrange a time, but 5 days before I had to cancel. I left a message and no one showed up. However I had asked to be called to reschedule. I must have called them more than a dozen times during normal business hours over the rest of that week and the next week and was able to leave a message only once. The other times the message box was full. I sent an email and never heard back.

Canceled at the last minute and wouldn't return my calls to reschedule. Very unprofessional. I'm fearful of buying any more coupons or Big Deals because there alway seems to be a problem and the providers seem angry that they're having to do the job for such a low price.

I really don't like bad mouthing about companies, but I had to take the time, to let the readers know, what I went through.....This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered...I have scheduled 7 times...thats right 7 freaking times, with this so called company....and each time they never showed up....I call them, to ask whats going on, and they never pick up....I call them again, and finally they said, :"oh well I'm not sure who was supposed to go to your location, I'm sorry, we will try to come out next week" NEXT WEEK COMES....no show....same conversation happens...where they apologize.....I asked to speak to a manager...they don't have a manager....just a owner...I asked to speak to owner....no return calls...pathetic....but before I asked to speak to the owner, I rescheduled with the person again, for the next Saturday,....and AGAIN THEY DON'T SHOW!!! This happen 7 total times.....why did I reschedule 7 different times, before I posted you ask??? I don't know w** I was thinking....I had this living social coupon...yes I know, companies that post on these coupon sites, usually there business is going down the drain!!! I am sure this company is in the sewer!!...Well I learned my lesson...I called living social got my refund...and they said yes we are getting many other complaints about this company...they won't ever get on our list to sell their services again....anyways...just warning you guys out there...horrendous, unacceptable, unreliable company!!! Don't waste your time, like I did.

The carpet on the stairs and basement had years of ground in dirt. We didn't think anyone could clean it. He showed up with a very positive attitude and made multiple passes through it. The carpet now looks like new. We are extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.
