Awesome!!! Wonderful!! Everyone can't windows A/C. Sledge came and installed it wonderful... Reasonable prices.. If anyone need a furnace clear, water heater and A/C window. Used this company.

The technician was good but when I was discussing via Angieslist with I was never told there was a cost for the technician to come out, they just said what is your address we'll be there at x time and then as the guy was leaving he asked for payment. I could have used another service and paid less or at least had the opportunity to research costs. It turned out we really had no serious that needed to be fixed but the tech did provide some good information on HVAC systems. I don't like the way they blindsided me however. The cost of coming out needs to discussed UPFRONT with customers.

It went well. I was in a state of desperation, it was very hot...I thought price charged for coolant was a bit high, but i was desperate...and service was fast

Wonderful...My call was answered by Josh who sent a technician immediately. Technician (Larry Johnson) arrived in the allotted time (30 minutes) and immediately diagnosed and repaired the unit. It was 20 degrees outside and having heat now is wonderful!! I truly appreciate how professional and efficient everyone was. I will definitely use and recommend this company again.

Sledge Total Protection LLC did a great job. They will follow up on phone calls. Mr. Larry cleaned up very well. They let me know on the phone what the cost would be before they got here. What they quoted is what I paid. Larry is very friendly and explains everything. He covered his feet before coming in the door. I will use Sledge Total Protection LLC every year for the annual furnace maintenance check. I believe they deserve an A+ and stars!

We received an estimate on a property that we are renting and the gentleman gave us excellent customer service and was on time and professional and knowledgeable. He was also very honest with us. Although we are renting the property that we are in, we had to rely on the homeowners and they wanted to go with someone that they knew who did not do as good of a job nor did they have the professionalism and knowledge that I experienced from Sledge Protection. Even the follow up from Sledge Protection was outstanding. If we were the homeowners we would have hired them immediately and once we do purchase again, they will be top on our list. I also like the fact that we would not have had to wait long days for parts to come in, they had all the supplies necessary to complete the job. I highly recommend them!

I was able to get scheduled for the next day and the technician was prompt (I even received 'dispatch updates' and GPS tracking of the technician so that I knew exact arrival time). They were unable to provide exact location of the leak due to the water being shut-off for the entire building (for an unrelated repair), however, they believed that it may be coming from the chiller piping. As this is a common element it requires coordinating directly with the condo association's management company. I was not charged for the visit and appreciated the punctuality, service, and follow-up.

Still waiting to hear from them...no need at this point though. Good help is nearly impossible to find.

Excellent! The technician was very professional, courteous and very proficient.

Tech went to wrong address after confirming current location the day before. The dispatcher seemed distracted, and wasn't customer focused. When the tech arrived he asked what was the problem. I told him that the wasn't getting cold. He turned on the air via thermostat , then goes downstairs to look at inside device. I then see him go outside and put some type of gauge on the unit outside. He never mentions if a tune was done. He tells me that my 8 year old unit needs a new compressor. But he would recommend that I just replace the entire unit. He proceeds to show me replacement units advising that the cost would be 6k-8k and that he could get me financing if I qualified. I asked him about just replacing the compressor he at me with a "yeah right" smirk stating that they don't make my model anymore... and it would be better just to replace. I asked that he give me a statement advising what he had done and what he was recommending... he asked for my email address and told me that he would send me a statement via email. To date, I have not received the email. I am now calling another service provider... I feel as if the tech was trying to pull a fast one on me. As it stands.. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Sledge gave me a window between 10-12p and he arrived at exactly 10:00. Before arrival I received a text with GPS tracking to let me know where he was. During the furnace check he could tell that I had my air ducts cleaned. I was happy with the service he performed and will definitely contact him in the future.

Fantastic! prompt, quick, friendly, thorough! Troy was patient in explaining the problem and what needed to be done without talking down to me....I soooo appreciated that!

We recently moved into our new home and it had an old furnace that needed maintenance performed. The Sledge team is great. Troy and his partner who's name I forgot were on time and very professional. They took there time and answered all my questions. They even fixed a minor issue with my nest thermometer for free. Overall I had a wonderful experience with this company and would use them again.

The gentlemen cleaned my furnace before the fall season hit and showed me the filter that was already in my united and yes a new filter was defiantly needed.

Troy from Sledge Total Protection showed up diagnosed the problem in no time. I was able to get the motor changed the same day. Troy was very professional and knew what he was doing. If I have any more problems Sledge Total Protection will be my first option.

It went great Riondo showed up diagnosed the problem as a bad condensate pump. I've had two other techs come out and couldn't find the problem. It took Rio 10 mins. Prompt and professional. If I have anymore problems I definitely will be calling STP.
