The movers were suppose to show up at 11 am showed up late around 4pm. I gave my directions about how I wanted the truck to be loaded, big furniture first and tinier things later. Ignored my directions, started packing without. Wanted things in the front that I would need right when I got to Texas and they ignored that. Put more boxes on a dolly than it could handle. I heard them drop things, with total disregard. The owner was totally disrespectful to me by taking pictures of me without my knowledge and posted them and my belongings by dropping them and stepping on them . Took them about 2 hrs to load everything, there was still room in the truck and I could have clearly gotten my mattress and box spring in the truck and they disregarded that. The movers totally didn't listen to me while they were packing and loading. When I arrived at my destination I found that many pieces were broken and boxes were smashed.
