Poor experience at best. To begin with I asked if they comfortable with my budget - answer was yes. So I did agree on appointment person brought well say dinosaur age booklet and told me that for my type remodeling they usually charge like 30% more than that - so I told person in that case let say each good bye and go our merit way but person insist that we going to recalculate and make me an offer that will more in line with my budget ... so after re-calculation this dud came with price 2x of my budget but only if sign deal right now (shall we say lol?) So naturally I said no. Next day his manager called me asked for another chance to do another estimate ... I asked clearly if he understand what is my budget constrain - he said yes. So imagine my surprise when I see SAME dud that I seen before. So asked him does he understand what I am looking for? he said yes ...needless to say that in about 1 hour this dud came AGAIN with same 2x cost ...

The entire experience was fantastic, from designing the kitchen with LiAnne to installation. The Gary and Santos, the work crew, were professional, punctual, very methodical and left the work space tidy at the end of each workday. The work was not without hiccups, but Martin and Mike, the PMs provided outstanding customer service and worked towards a satisfactory resolution. I would absolutely recommend Remodel USA

As of now they are 1.5 months behind with the project. They never started the project and the project manager was here on April 2nd, told me to move my furniture and they never came back. The project manager changed and i was not informed, also they have my money

They tried to play good cop bad cop. One would sit in the car while the other one would talk then they would switch. Instead of giving me the best price up front. They gave me a high quote and after three hours of wasting my time they had lowered the price by half.

I had a great experience Thomas and Brad. They took the time to explain the benefits of getting new windows and a sliding glass door. The demo impressed me and has already helped me save money on my monthly electric bill. The contractors that completed the install were also fantastic and were fast. They were friendly and even talked to my son during their list visit as he had questions about what they were doing. Made him feel like he was a part of the process.
