The only thing I did not like is it took me three weeks to get my crown molding because I kept getting the run around. I finally called the boss and it was taken care of right away.

We had a sunroom put on and it exceeded our expectations! They include a fan and exterior lights. And a good amount of electrical outlets. It's such a nice room and we are so excited to enjoy it.

The representative took time to give all options available to me and made great suggestions

Everybody that came to our house was a pleasure to work with. At times, though it seemed like I was having to stay on top of the progress. The initial estimate was 1-3 days for the small project, which would have been fine, but they were not consecutive days. There was a week or more between each work day. Luckily our project manager Mike was very good about responding.

I am very pleased with the quality and performance of the crew who performed the job. Very professional.

The work was done beautifully! They got the work done sooner than I would have thought, but not as soon as they had promised. Communication from the top down was not the best. Not everything had been ordered and in hand before the project was started. They started out with a brand-new way for them to do the ordering and picking out materials which did not save what we chose and measurements and pricing was off from the start. I do not think that things like this happen that often but it was an inconvenience, but they made up for it with compensation. I do recommend this company, just like any person in the world, people make mistakes and this company acted on it.

The project was good. It told a little longer to finish, because of waiting for some of the materials to come. Everyone who work on the project was professional. The project manager stayed on top of things through the entire project. He was easy to reach for any concerns. I am very pleased with my new kitchen.

This is going to be a long and highly affirmative review. We knew 4 years ago we would renovate. We could not find a salesman that would really listen to our needs, design ideas and requests. Both of us previously had full equipped kitchens when we married. We kept everything because we liked it all. So our kitchen was VERY crowded. Our Remodel sales man : Chris Macey, actually listened and provided what WE wanted. Finally we had a place for everything. Now everything slides out w/ quiet close. A unique special addition was the "interior bay window". A window garden perfect for flowers, fresh herbs and spices and perfect for us. We finally had enough working spaces (5) for both of us to work in the kitchen simultaneously (gasp!). Even the dog has a feeding station. we have a dedicated "coffee station." I knew this job was going to be expensive, That's OK, we got top quality everything. Our Project Manager: Martin Slusarz, contacted us the next day to arrange for a meeting to review our selections and sign a contract. He offered some design insights that enhanced the concepts we had. He suggested we move the refrigerator across the room. It worked better for the over all design. So listen some times. Our top choice of cabinet design, hardware, pluming, 60-40 Sink, Marble counter tops, new LED recessed lighting sources in ceiling and under cabinets lights w/ individual control, outside exhaust Vent system, Prime glass Back Splash and Paint. It was all covered in specific detail and it hung together well as design. The Workers: Francisco, Crew head, Jose and Adam. I am really pleased with my crew. They were pleasant, industrious, skilled in the right way to do things. I know because I have 30+ years in construction and I know what should be done. The guys were like a ballet of skilled workers. Some times they would just get going and work as a team without speaking. I would sit in the next room (holding the dogs leash) and be able to watch their progress. They would keep in touch with calls, letting me know what their arrival schedule was for that day. I would make a daily to do list of questions and process. That was reviewed and my questions were answered. I am still very impressed with my crew. The down sides: There were a few schedule glitches in the process. The special order interior Bay Window was back ordered for weeks. Martin does not start a project until all the parts are in the shop. That kept the project on hold until after the New Year. We had a place for working storage. Demo was scheduled and it took only a few hours to empty out the space. Amazing. Just stay clear and let 'em work. FYI The install worked from the top down. All the upper cabs then the floor units. Electrical and Lighting were done at the same time. Once the lower cabs were installed the marble counter man came in to measure. Then there was a day or two break waiting for the custom counter top to come in. Surprise, they called on Friday evening asking if they could install the counter top on Saturday. Two guys did the marble counter top install. Flush, level, perfect work on a Saturday morning, The bay window arrived a few days later and it was delivered and installed by a specialist from the company. It was fun to watch it go in. Then the glass back splash was extended into the bay window and that became a cost plus item. Final comments: The Job is high quality, simple clean and understated design. Now everything has a home and somehow the Kitchen seems much bigger. That still amazes me. Double the cabinet space but more room? We are really please with the whole project. It was definitely not the low bid and I am quite glad we went with top/shelf, high quality everything. My brides final comment is she wants to adopt our crew. Offer your crew morning coffee and a clean place to eat lunch. That type of simple kindness pays off. Expe...

cant rate work yet hasnt been done. waiting for meeting with project manager. then a date will be set to begin, I assume. would not let me continue without completion. but work hasnt been done so I assume it will be top notch.

The quality of work was excellent. The project manager stayed on top of things through the entire project. He was easy to reach for any concerns my wife and I might have. Great job! On time and budget.

I had my 1st meeting with the salesman around 12/4/19 to review and get an estimate, 1st off they tell you upfront they are going to give you 3 prices and the longer you wait to sign the more it cost. I signed a contract for a total bathroom renovation at an original cost of 24,000.00 and paid them 10% as a down payment, then waited to have the second meeting or 12/27/19 for the second meeting and paid another 20% and was told the job would cost an extra 1000.00 because of their miscalculation of materials. next thing I am waiting on install, and I get a call that materials have been ordered and received, yet no call as to install. Ok, I am starting to see this may be a joke....their original contract only gives three days of reconsideration and they space the meetings so far apart you do not realize you might be getting burned. So, I have paid 30% on a job contract and not one nail has been hammered (it is now 1/29/20) and starting to think this is some sort of con. Update: 11/18/2020 bathroom completed in April 2020. since then caulking is separating from the shower locker and the showerhead it leaking. many contacts to the company and no return call from the contractor no solutions or repairs.

The worker were very professional. They clean up every day. they asked questions before doing each step and wanted our input. We would use them again.

Extremely proud with the outcome. The crew was amazing. Addressed our questions/concerns throughout the project and took the time to explain the steps on what was to be accomplished each day. Would highly recommend requesting Francisco as project manager for your next project.

THEY DISCONNECTED THE DRAIN IN THE TUB AND CROSS THREADED IT AFTER THEY FINISHED PAINTING IT . THAT CREATED A WATER LEAK THAT CAUSED MAJOR DAMAGE TO MY KITCHEN CEILING FROM THE WATER LEAK COMING DOWN THROUGH THE DRYWALL . THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE DRAIN PIPE THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE BUT STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REPAIR THE CEILING IN THE KITCHEN BELOW . I SURE HOPE I DON,T HAVE TO GO AND GET LEGAL HELP FOR THEM TO REPAIR THE DRYWALL DAMAGE

Our bathrooms look amazing!!! They completely renovated our Master bathroom. We also had the flooring and vanity replaced in our kids bathroom. Sean did a great job with helping us see what we needed to update both bathrooms. Percy, our project manager calmed my fears about a tile mix up and very professionally handled the delay. Our installers Carlos and Rafael were EXCEPTIONAL!!! Quick, quiet, and professional. Carlos went above and beyond to insure that everything looked perfect. He was extremely detailed! My husband and I could simply not be happier with the work they did. It took three weeks. But it looks phenomenal.
