The two-person team who performed the installation was awesome. The young man who did it all worked his tail off as did his assistant who made sure my basement was clean after the work of each day. This project teetered on becoming a nightmare; it was a full install vice a remodel. First, there was COVID to deal with, so that blew the start date and second, when the project was to start, not all the materials were delivered on the first day, and when it got underway, we discovered no water lines were run to the future bathroom; the builder only installed plumbing rough-ins (whole other review for a certain builder). Hired a plumber to take care of that and then finally got a start date. Then, the Friday before the install was to begin, the project manager asked if I could push the start date forward a week. I said no, I need to get the project finished once and for all. I had already made arrangements at work to take the week off. Once the project got underway, it went pretty quick, but it was not until the last day the last two pieces for the shower (faucet and the showerhead) were in the hands of the installer. The shower doors did not show up until the day of the install starting and only one person had to struggle to get them off the truck and into the garage. The project manager never came to the house to check on progress or get my feedback on the work. I ended up having the woman from the main office call me to get my payment via credit card so I did not have to write a check for the remaining balance. The bathroom is gorgeous and so far it has been worth the wait. A three-star rating is for the lack of project manager involvement, and materials not being delivered on time. The one other positive is that it is *one-stop shopping* for the fixtures, you want to install much like when you build a house. Recommend only if you want to save time when it comes to choosing fixtures. Otherwise, do research on other remodeling companies/contractors to compare.

The sales representative explained everything that went into the process and answered all of my questions fully. She helped me choose what was right for me and for the house and assured me that the price that we agreed on was the final price and that there would be no surprise charges at the last minute! There were none and the work as completed on time with very few concerns on my part which were addressed immediately at no additional charge! They are on the pricier side of the spectrum but they are definitely worth it!

Itâ s truly hard to find the words to describe how truly disappointed our entire family continues to be with RemodelUSA, whom we regrettably hired in June to remodel a small bathroom on our first floor to provide our adult son with a roll-in shower. Where do we begin? 1. Weâ ve endured the rudeness of its owner, who actually yelled at me and my wife the second or third time we tried to explain why we so desperately wanted to cancel the contract following countless delays and misrepresentations. 2. There continues to be a horrible mix of a lack of communication and miscommunications resulting in wrong-sized doors, wrong color tiles and other items, as well as inferior quality items being delivered for installation; subcontractors showing up without prior notice to our family; subs not being fully informed about what was required such that some work had to be re-done, and original materials necessary for use in the project were discarded when they should have been retained. There have also been several occasions where our requests for information, updates, etc., have simply gone unanswered. The prevailing attitude that weâ ve experienced with multiple items seems to be that they will decide what they wish to do with our home without first consulting with us, and weâ re apparently supposed to just accept it. 3. Weâ re especially disappointed that weâ ve received what we believe to have been multiple deliberate misrepresentations by members of the company regarding what weâ re regarding as our â forever project.â 4. Although we signed a contract for the bathroom renovation last Spring (June 4), and the work was to be complete inside of 12 weeks, Iâ m writing this review in the Fall (September 29), and the work is still ongoing). 5. For a project costing over $50K, we could have done so much better. We are not receiving good value for for our money, and are dissatisfied with the inferior quality of some of the items being installed in our home. 6. Nasty! When I brought my son into the bathroom this evening to show him the progress, I opened the newly installed toilet only to find that someone had used it but failed to flush! Bottom line, whatever the experiences cited by others, that is not our experience. My wife and I are extremely dissatisfied, and hope that our treatment is not the result of who we are.

Remodel USA was here for 3 1/2 hours to provide us with a bid. In fact, It was a very hard sell. You know, the kind that includes calls to the sales manager, includes questions like ?how important is quality?? Worst of all, they had a ?special price? that was only good if we signed on the spot during the sales call, otherwise the 90-day price would increase by $10,000. Even though we had told them we wanted several bids, and would then decide, they used high pressure sales tactics to try to get us to sign on the spot. Their bid? Over $40,000 for our very modest bathroom. Would not recommend.

They were on time every morning, did a very good job installing, cleaned up area well after each day.

Great experience with the installers and project manager. Some small hiccups caused by Covid, but they were able to work everything out and get my new shower looking great!

I loved the quality Of hardware used in my bathroom Remodeling. Another bonus would be the various financial options offered. The crew was fantastic...thanks homeadvisor.

Overcharged. 18k for trim around windows and luxe stone shower surround which was not completed. Minimal refund of $400.00 was given for incomplete portion. Do not recommend it at all.

When purchased windows for my home and also the Florida Room, I was told that they came with a lifetime warranty as long as I was in the home. I did have some issues with the Florida Room, but they were resolved to my satisfaction. When the same problem occurred again (sealing broke and windows were frost colored), I called and called, but the called was not returned. When I finally talked with someone named Don, he said the issue would be resolved within a week. This did not happen, so I called back and spoke with someone named Steve who was not professional at all. He said they were not covered. Perhaps I needed new windows. Of course, I told him I would NEVER buy them or anything else from his company again; in fact, I would strongly discourage anyone considering buying any product from Remodel USA. Steve who said he was the owner of the company will not stand by the warranty of the company. I plan to write to the news channel that handles consumer problems.

The scope of our project was to remodel a 132 sqft kitchen keeping our layout the same and using our existing $4500 in appliances. We asked for midrange options and discussed we had around 10K upfront. We found Remodel USA to have a limited selection of products with an attitude of one price fits all. Terrible sales pressure/tactics, given a quote over 3x higher than our price range. The sales associate gave us 3 prices $34K good for a year, $30K with promotions, and $28K if we act right now. The very next day they called me back and said they Talked to the Big Boss about our project claiming they now could get our project completed closer to our budget. Warning: We sat through a 45 minute PowerPoint presentation on how great the company was and were shown several digital renderings of dream kitchens/bathrooms. Including a $65K bathroom.
