Remodel USA Baltimore Baths

Installed banisters and ceramic tile flooring in basement. Very good work. Flooring was excellent; banister to basement was good, The only negative is they did not paint the banister to match existing upper level banister.

This was the worst experience we have every had with a remodel. I would stay far away from this company, I have many pictures that I can share. This was not an experience, this was a total nightmare.

Installer was good to work with. He was able to answer questions and provided helpful information about renovation and related diy projects.

Were never on time, seemed bothered when you ask questions. Used them before years ago and they were excellent (1997-1998)but now UUUGGGHHH!

A good product. The front office was right on time. All phone calls were answered and returned timely. Professional company.

I was over charged for the work that was done. I was used and taken advantage of. The deck is too small and for the money I spent It should have been larger and more done, like, a sun roof. I am deeply saddened on how my money was spent.

Do not hire this company!!! The salesperson was more interested in getting me to take her mother to Germany rather than listening to what I wanted. Then she tried to get me to get the cheap things for the bathroom - my bathroom was only a half bath - one toilet and one shower and one light - and when she came in my house she commented on my collection of Hummels and when it came time to give me a price - she told me it would cost $21K - when she saw my face - she made a big show about how she would get the price down and she did - to $16K - but I totally feel that she charged me that much because she thought I was rich. I am not. Then they installed the wrong shower - gave me a cheaper version - she wanted me to take a cheaper light - but by now I was so upset with them I stood my ground. The Project Manager and the workers were really great!!! This rating is mainly for the sales person who was not great. I asked for a list of where my money was spent and she told me that they really don't do that. I bet they don't. She must have made a huge profit off of my bathroom. Unfortunately by the time I realized this, the 3 days to cancel the sale had passed. But really, the bathroom had one shower, one toilet, one light - one paint job - go figure. Now the project manager did volunteer to get the right shower for me and he did but by that time I did not want that company in my house, so I thanked him very much and told him that he was amazing and I meant that. They charged me way too much.

Customer service is top notch. Project manager is knowledgeable. Contractors all showed up on time. The work they completed is beautiful.

It took the workers 6 days to install a toilet!! They broke the lock on my yard storage shed and said nothing about it. I did not realize it until they were gone. Terrible service, they wanted me to sign off on the job before it was completed and when I refused, harassed me until I finally signed it. I will never use this company again.

Since this was my first remodeling in my house, I was quite nervous but a few of the professionals at Remodel USA put my mind at ease. The individuals who worked on my bathroom did a phenomenal job. My only gripe was with the project who I only saw twice throughout the remodeling. Once, at the beginning to do measurements and the other time was the first day of construction. When I had questions the project manager was hard to track down so I ended up calling the main office and they assisted me. As for the finished product, Remodel USA did an excellent job. One project down and a few more to go.

asked all three companies for their best price. Made sure to compare apples to apples. And they came in 300$ less then the others.

They bait and switch with materials. When you register a complaint they start dodging you. I would not recommend them to do a job for anybody. They don't honor appointments. They haven't worked one full day on the job since they started.

Remodel USA did a wonderful job on my kitchen. The job was completed in just under 2 weeks. The installer was neat and answered any questions we had.

They were not the lowest bidder, but in the end product was well worth the cost. Fast, efficient, flexible timing and exceptional quality

I do not recommend this company. They misrepresented themselves. They are contractors and sub out all the work. Communication between the project manager, home owner and the subcontractors is very poor. The project manager was rarely on the job and often didn't return calls. I never know who or if someone would show up to work on my bathroom. Whey were more expensive then other companies. We hired them because they told use the job would take one and a half weeks and their employees had the experiance and expertise for our job. It tool 5 weeks and the floor of the bathroom was not done to our specifications. Now that we have paid them, I have trouble getting them to return my calls. If you want anything custom, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY .
