Roof looks great. All work was done in one day. The crew arrived when they said they would and went straight to work. The foreman of the crew made sure to keep me informed of everything that they were doing and how the progress was coming. He even took pictures and had me review them. Whenever I spoke to anyone in the office, they were professional. Sam the sales guy was great.

Great result, I was shocked at price and customer service after project was completed. It took 5 to 8 calls to get the right person to address 2 issues. Also, they kept calling me to start another project and when I’d say they needed to address something first the person seemed not to hear me.

The whole process was explained and all our questions were answered. The gentleman went over everything that would be done and was there when we met with the project manager and crew. The whole project took less than a month and looks amazing. We are very happy with our choice.

They were scheduled for my appointment on October 1st at 6:30 P.M. This was confirmed, and I even received a coupon for the service via email. No one arrived. I contacted their dispatch center, which said that they didn't have my appointment listed. I have never heard back from the company.

1. Cost: Too expensive, at the high end of Home Advisor estimated bathroom remodel costs. Remodel USA incentivizes their employees to sell the most expensive remodel package they can because they receive a percentage of the total sales price. 2. Contentious: Too many managers and too few workers. And no designer in the process, just a salesperson with a tile board selection. Due to the price incentive they have packages they want to sell and fight any changes you want to make. 3. Communications: We often didn't know where we were in the remodel process or who would show up at the door and when. We wanted the same items (shower, toilet, two vanities), only new, but had to argue to get them. 4. Workers: Tile dust filled adjoining bedroom, even with a plastic strip barrier. The dust coated everything in the room adversely affecting my wife, who had to sleep in another room. The workmanship in tiling and installing two vanities with plumbing were well done however. They were polite and friendly trying to accommodate us.

I was impressed with the completed project but we encountered some issues during the process. My concerns were promptly addressed by Dominick in resolving the problems. However, I'm not completely satisfied wit the wall. They were wall Papered which left a lot of imperfections to paint over and can now be seen through the new paint. The remainder of the bathroom looks very good except for the vanity which does not look of good quality and not durable. the drawers stick and you can see where the knobs were installed. William and the workers were very punctual and were careful in protecting my home from damage.

Our saleslady was very professional and completely answered all of our questions concerning our bathroom remodel. The workers were very professional, always on time and considerate of our home. They took great care to not cause any damage. William and his crew were very thorough. The job was also completed ahead of time. A job well done!! We would highly recommend Remodel USA.

We have been very blessed with our crew for our master bath remodel / the two gentlemen started working immediately each morning upon arriving - they took great care in covering the furniture in our bedroom and cleaned up every day. They communicated the steps involved and kept us well informed at all times. They were very professional and also very friendly. We couldn’t be more happy and we love our bathroom. I will definitely be using this firm again - overall we’ve had an excellent experience.

Was very impressed with quality. Was always notified if he was going to be over 15 late. Worked 9-10 hours everyday fo finish the job

There is no communication with the customer. I never saw my project manager except when I complained, and now the deck has failed inspection by the county. HORRIBLE!

We love our beautiful sunroom! The building inspector requires a few changes, but our price did not increase! The materials are top quality. The crew was great.

The work was fast. They showed me pix of what I couldn't see from the ground. The cleanup was amazing! They left my driveway and lawn spotless- even better than before the job!

Every thing was good.

They were very quick, and we are pleased! Going to be hiring them again.
