This not simply a window install. Remodel USA, Inc. listened to my requested and created a window space by cutting through the brick into the bathroom. The window was premade by Remodel, the USA who also etched a specified design in the window. They installed the window not forgetting to place insulation in the wall and properly sealing the seams. I am very happy with Remodel USAs performance and customer service

Please be sure to add at least one month to the quoted time it will take to get your remodel completed. Oh, mine was one room! We are now in week 7 and it is still not completed.

Work was done fast and professionally. I would definitely hire them again for another home improvement project.

I hired Remodel USA to gut my only bathroom. The initial response was positive and they were very responsive and accommodating of my schedule (came out after 7pm to demo and do contracts). Their sales representative was a bit high pressure which I didnt appreciate, but was knowledgeable and helpful. I picked out my tile and such. The project was very expensive (more than HomeAdvisors average) but they promised they could get the job done in 5 days or less (which was important because it was my only bathroom/shower) so I signed. As soon as I signed the contract though, all communication evaporated. I was told I would be contacted to set up a initial project assessment with the person doing the work, and they called the next day (unfortunately during work hours and I couldnt take the call). I spent the next 5 days calling back and leaving unanswered voice messages until I finally got a meeting set up. This meeting involved me sitting down with the person in charge of doing the project (or so I was told). This went well and was brief. During this meeting they found a permitting issue (initially I wanted a shower, but found out it would require me relocating my toilet for thousands potentially more). I had already signed a contract, so unless I was set on spending more I had to relent to keeping my tub. Overall I was still happy and they set another day in the future for installation. Once again all communication dried up. It was not until a day or two before the project was scheduled to start (and after I called the project owner twice) that he contacted me to verify he was showing up on time. He showed as promised and had two assistants with him (whose English skills were weak at best), but it was then I learned he wasnt actually going to oversee the project and was going to be out of town during the duration. His two assistants would be handling everything. The next few days went well and they completed the work ahead of schedule (~4 days instead of 5). Unfortunately I found multiple issues: - They had removed the old tile from one wall where the sink was but had done some lazy patchwork that left a huge bulge in the wall that also affected the floorboards sticking way out past the door frame. Also the sink countertop wasnt 100% level (nothing would roll off it, but wasnt level) - I had asked for gray grout for the shower tiles, but they had used white - The grouting in the shower started cracking severely after only 1 day (guessing didnt cure long enough, I waited the time they told me before using) - The vinyl floor tiles and sink countertop did not match the samples I was shown (wasnt a huge difference, but noticeable). The marble countertop had significant more gray in it (yes, rock has variations but this was a lot) and the floor tile was lighter color. After contacting them, they returned the next week and fixed the bulge in the wall and the cracked shower grouting. However during this process they managed to put a small scratch in the countertop and a noticeable chip in the backsplash of the sink (which I didnt notice immediately). No discussion about fixing the grout color or the tile/countertop discrepancies besides I will check the sample with no follow up. Pros: - Started job quickly (less than a month from first consultation) - Completed job quickly - Stuck to won&t nickle and dime you& - Used high quality components (like Kohl) Cons: - High pressure sales - Messed up several factors like grout color and mismatched samples to final product - Required follow up visit to fix original delinquencies - Lack of communication For the price I paid, I expected better.

I highly recommend this company for its service, professionalism, and detail to workmanship. From start to finish, I felt like this company had our interests as customers at heart. It started with the president of the company calling to see if everything was starting on schedule and to our satisfaction. During the work, there were some problems, but they handled every single issue promptly, professionally, and to our total satisfaction. The materials and their choices were outstanding. The 2 bathrooms worked on look stunning. We had shower doors and a vanity installed and replaced in a guest bath, and in the master, we had a tub ripped out and a huge double shower installed alongside a linen/medicine closet and a double vanity installed. The floor was also redone. The materials we selected and their construction techniques and methods have created bathrooms we have always wanted in our home. We are completely delighted with the work and how it looks. Sean, our salesman, put together a perfect package with great deals for us. And as for the workmen: the guys on site, Tito, Mario, and Fernando are truly outstanding, hardworking, and highly skilled. They are master craftsmen. The man who helped design and install the double shower door--I think his name is Caesar--was efficient and created a beautiful showpiece. Everything was done promptly, and within 2 weeks from start, we had 2 finished bathrooms that we are delighted with. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision. The staff is truly amazing. I have nothing but praise for them. Bravo and thank you!

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the project planning and the design options offered. The expertise of the marketing staff, the project manager, and the installers was impressive. And to top it off, in addition to being knowledgeable, everyone was very friendly and fun to work with. I was advised of next steps all along the way and the work was completed well within the promised 2 weeks completion time frame. The inspection of the finished work by the project manager was thorough, and he had me check out everything to make sure I was satisfied and answered all my questions. I could not have had a better experience.

I would recommend the product but not the service. The job was suppose to take 2 weeks, to me that?s 10 business days. When everything was said and done it was 6 weeks later or 28 business days of work. Only 1 guy was putting up the walls, 2 guys did the electrical and 4 guys did the egress window. The window took a long time because of the weather. After everything was done I had to call them 4 times to come clean my backyard and get the materials out of my basement. They cleaned up my backyard of their stuff to an extent. But never came back for the materials in my basement. Which prevented us from continuing to finish (get the floor installed) our basement. We did a walk thru but didn?t know we needed to do a detail look over till a week or so after we signed the papers. There was ALOT of cosmetic features we need to fix ourselves. Paint on the moldings, which shouldn?t have paint on them. Wall edges of paint look horrific after the tape was removed. Doors only half painted. Some of the molding don?t fit correctly. They didn?t leave any hangers for the removable walls. No one showed me how to use the egress window and it took me 20 min to figure it out on my own. Thank god I decided to do that with out an emergency going on. Not very happy with the end service w e received. No follow up phone calls from the company after my complaints. I really like the end product once we have all the details fixed but now my walls are blank cause we don?t have hangers or know how to mount our tv to the walls. Owning a Corning walls aren?t normal walls.

They do not finish your job. they leave an not come back for days. The MANagers wil not talk to you. they mess other thinkgs up in your home and try to fix them with out your knowledge. When somthing is broken. It take for ever the get them to come out and fix it. Charge to much Money

If I had known it would only take 7 days for cabinet refacing, backsplash, countertop, and flooring, I would have remodeled my kitchen years ago. The workers were very professional and did a great job. My neighbors and friends were impressed. Make sure you review all your options on tiles and countertop and see large pieces before you make up your mind.

Excellent team to work with....very experienced crew.

They were friendly and responsive. They kept us involved and up to date on what was going on. There were a few delays but that was a result of county inspectors not adequately scheduling appointments or making their presence known.

The overall planning was outstanding and the follow-up was excellent. Everone from the saleperson to the program manager, supervisor and all workers were professional and very courteous.

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Remodel USA. They are the consummate professional organization. From the very beginning with my sales person, Hillary. She took the time to know what I was looking for but professional enough to guide me as well on my kitchen remodel. The next step was finalizing the design and measurements with my Project Manager, Martin. Martin is highly experienced and offered excellent suggestions. Demolition and installation was seamless with Juan and his team. During the whole process I was contacted by the office staff periodically to see how things were going and if I had any needs. My kitchen was finished ahead of schedule and it is beautiful. The quality of the products, expert design and the execution of the installation was all impeccable. I am a critic at heart and I have nothing negative to say. Outstanding experience and a fabulous kitchen! Thank you Remodel USA!

They call and ask about the service regularly, however, they do nothing about it. They installed the showers incorrectly, we contracted in Oct and it is March and they are still not done, they claimed they can do our front door, then stated they could not after the signatures. They would not provide a breakdown of what we were getting installed in our bathroom. They used discontinued models and they did not give us what we were promised at the table. They neglected to put details in writing, claiming the final details would be worked out when the contractor arrives and then they claimed this and that was not in the contract. They did, however, do a nice job on the tiles. Poor job painting though. I would suggest looking them up on BBB and reading the complaints BEFORE you consider this company. Do not let the Salesman bully you!

I Love My Kitchen. My kitchen was way overdue for remodeling. I was interested in having a more functional kitchen and a kitchen that sparkled and this is exactly what I got. I enjoyed working with Bobby on designing this new kitchen, and I appreciated his recommendations and suggestions. As we worked on the design, I could envision what the finished kitchen would look like. I liked what I was seeing. In addition to the design we came up with, there were other things that attracted me to Remodel USA. Remodel USA does not begin the work until everything is on hand, which helps ensure the process goes smoothly. Another huge selling point for me was that if there is any kind of problem (flooring, cabinets, faucets, etc.), I have only to contact them. There is no having to keep track of whom to contact for the different types of issues that might arise. Ever and Jose and others involved in doing the remodeling work, and Marcin as the project manager, were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated their attention to detail and the pride they take in doing a good job. For the most part, all the aspects of the work were well coordinated. There was a miscommunication about some electrical work that was needed, and this caused some complications. Also, sometimes responses to my text or email messages took longer than I would have liked. A time or two, whatever it was I was asking about was being worked on, but I had no way of knowing that. I put off getting my kitchen remodeled because the process seemed so overwhelming. Now that I have this beautiful new kitchen, I regret not having had the work done years ago. Remodel USA helped make the process manageable, and I am loving my new kitchen!

Price was high, but I get your bang for your buck.

This company set a schedule, started and finished the work on time. I was very impressed with the follow up of the company. Alex, the lead on the job, did a very nice job covering the floors to protect them from damp. I will definitely consider them in the future for other projects. They started on one day and worked every day until it was finished. They worked with the condo association also. The condo association rules are a little cumbersome, but they managed to interact with both the property manager and the association very well.

Excellent work was done fast. Clean up was good. The supervisor and the workers were kind and stuck to the task at hand. The windows look great and we notice a difference in the temperature in the house. We are now able to get by with just the use of space heaters. Saving us on our gas and electric bill. I would definitely recommend Remodel USA to anyone who needs home improvement.

Very good customer relations. Like that they use their own employees, not sub-contractors. Services performed were to my specifications and with good input from personnel. My family is impressed with the remodel job. Thank you!
