U got what I paid for low budget low quality remodel kitchen holes left in my walls behind counters sink not properly mounted.the sub contractor they use took more time then I was originally told Horrific experience buyers beware

Poor experience at best. To begin with I asked if they comfortable with my budget - answer was yes. So I did agree on appointment person brought well say dinosaur age booklet and told me that for my type remodeling they usually charge like 30% more than that - so I told person in that case let say each good bye and go our merit way but person insist that we going to recalculate and make me an offer that will more in line with my budget ... so after re-calculation this dud came with price 2x of my budget but only if sign deal right now (shall we say lol?) So naturally I said no. Next day his manager called me asked for another chance to do another estimate ... I asked clearly if he understand what is my budget constrain - he said yes. So imagine my surprise when I see SAME dud that I seen before. So asked him does he understand what I am looking for? he said yes ...needless to say that in about 1 hour this dud came AGAIN with same 2x cost ...

We experienced a few communication issues. We were more than happy with the final result

Remodel USA completed my bath remodel quickly and on time. Overall quality was good and I would recommend this company.

The entire experience was fantastic, from designing the kitchen with LiAnne to installation. The Gary and Santos, the work crew, were professional, punctual, very methodical and left the work space tidy at the end of each workday. The work was not without hiccups, but Martin and Mike, the PMs provided outstanding customer service and worked towards a satisfactory resolution. I would absolutely recommend Remodel USA

As of now they are 1.5 months behind with the project. They never started the project and the project manager was here on April 2nd, told me to move my furniture and they never came back. The project manager changed and i was not informed, also they have my money

They tried to play good cop bad cop. One would sit in the car while the other one would talk then they would switch. Instead of giving me the best price up front. They gave me a high quote and after three hours of wasting my time they had lowered the price by half.

I had a great experience Thomas and Brad. They took the time to explain the benefits of getting new windows and a sliding glass door. The demo impressed me and has already helped me save money on my monthly electric bill. The contractors that completed the install were also fantastic and were fast. They were friendly and even talked to my son during their list visit as he had questions about what they were doing. Made him feel like he was a part of the process.

We are thrilled with our newly renovated bathroom. We found Remodel USA on Home Adviser, and they contacted us right away. We met with Chrystal initially, and her enthusiasm and honesty made us decide, on the spot, to go with her company. She seemed to know exactly what we wanted and what we liked, so the materials selection was easy. Next we met with the Martin, the project manager. He was incredible in his understanding and confidence that we would be happy with the outcome. He told us once they started (in one to two weeks), the project would be done in 2 weeks. We were somewhat skeptical, since everyone we know has had to deal we 4-6 weeks of disruption for similar construction. In less than 2 weeks time, Carlos came to do the demolition and begin construction. He was thoughtful, professional and an outstanding craftsman. It was obvious from his work that he is a perfectionist and an a master craftsman. Each day Mike Howe, the asst Project Manager would stop by to look at the work and make sure the project was on schedule and deal with any issues that may arise. It was exactly 2 weeks when our bathroom was finished and it exceeded our expectations. The only issue we encountered was a factory defect in our medicine cabinet. Mike and Carlos fixed it immediately and now it's perfect. The quality of materials used is first rate. We've proudly showed our bathroom off to friends and neighbors and everyone is very impressed with the work and the transformation of the bathroom. It's absolutely gorgeous. We can't speak highly enough of this company and especially of its employees. You may find a cheaper company to do your project, but you won't find a better one. We highly recommend Remodel USA.
