After the project stay on them for punch list items, in my case, they have never been completed.

We decided to go with them, however we are regretting our unwise decision now. 1) When the project person visited for measurements he was rude to my husband about some planning ideas(there was another witness). Due to kindness of the salesperson we gave the company a 2nd chance after we met with him again. 2) It has been absolutely poor communication with the planning people too.

They deliver everything they promise. The bathroom is beautiful. In addition, they found and fixed a structural problem a previous contractor made that affected the safety of the house. Would I use them again? You bet!!

They take too long. Ordering is always delayed and is wrong.

Materials and work were top notch. The team was clean and polite, and our project manager was quick to resolve any concerns with material selections and design components.

Always get other estimates first. It s very high pressure to sign the contract and you need to know the value and concept. I didn t have that at first but they came back once I did. They had a great crew and did what they promised. Not the least expensive but they have the experience and know how to deliver a quality product in the time frame they promised. They always cleaned up at the end of the day but tearing down walls and such always has dust. Very pleased this did not drag on as I have seen with some of my friends.

Fast and efficient

Jeremiah does outstanding work. He works long hours and is very professional. I m extremely pleased that I decided to get the work done now. The product used by Remodel USA Owens Corning is very impressive. Again I m glad I went with this company based on the work done, quality of the product as well as their guarantee. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality job.

They were quite pricey. I should have looked further. The guys were just great. Worked really hard. Iâ m pleased.

Work was completed on time and the crew was professional.

The contractor used was excellent in every phase of the job. The finished job came out better than I had expected. The only negative would be that there was a couple of days that I expected them to be present and they were not. Otherwise I give them 99 percent! Sincerely, James

They were not fully equip to handle the job. Supplies were always being ordered and sent back.

The entire team was great from Leanne in sales to the PM, Martin and especially the installer Gary. Very professional, responsive and timely.

This company was great started work when they said and worked from 7am until 6pm. Very professional, great workers. There was no problems they picked up all there trash and took it with them each day. They completed my 2 story colonial house in 3 days and my house looks like a different home. Love this company from beginning to end would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
