QUALITY DISCOUNT CARPET

This place has the worst service ,I have ever experienced. I'm thinking about sewing. I was told different prices ,Iied to multiple tines by the employee that came out fOR measurements(BRUCE). He also attempted to get money days before installing. The contract written was not honored making me pay full price up front when the contract says half and the other half if satisfied .also lied about only taking cash. which I was not satisfied my house looked like an oreo.i went into the store and the sales guy admits the warehouse sent the wrong carpet (white carpet mine is tan),I come back when the manager is there and he automatically refused to listen to me, talking to me very nasty telling me to shut up! He knew his worker messed up, and tried to cover it up. He then asked for more money.so I called the police .a civil matter that will be taken up. The owner start to ask the employee to pay $75,smh absolutely greedy .customer has no rights here. End resort my carpet was never put back to the right color and he would not refund a penny .DONT GET YOUR FLOORING FROM HERE SINCE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKES,AND YOU CAN'T EVEN GET A REFUND!!

They were wonderful. The installers were professional and knowledgeable.
