+ -1 moreChristian and David did a wonderful job move an exterior basement door to align with the basement framing. The job involved them moving an existing door and adding new trim work to the outside. They were prompt and very responsive. I will use them in the future!

+ -1 moreMr. Cruz-Medrano's attitude was extremely unprofessional during the whole time. He complained about the job and behaved as if he did not want to do the job. He spent a lot of time on the phone talking and less time paying attention to the job. The framing to the entrance of the shower is off by 1 in. from top to bottom. The shower door company had a difficult time cutting a door to fit the crooked entrance. I am guessing Mr. Medrano does not know how to use a leveler. The wall tiles are misaligned and some protruding. The floor tiles are cut in jagged fashion with many protruding as well. The protruding tiles poke at my feet when taking a shower. The grout color is too dark and looks ugly. I contacted him via email multiple times. He never responded. When I was able to reach him finally, he stated that he will not fix the problem and wants nothing to do with the issue anymore and hung up on me. I do NOT recommend this company nor the owner, Mr. David Christian Cruz-Medrano to do any type of work.
Description of Work: My masterbath shower was leaking water which caused subfloor damage. The owner, Mr. David Christian Cruz-Medrano, replaced the damaged subfloor, replaced the rubber pan, replaced green board with cement board, replaced damaged 2X4, and placed new tiles.
