Professional, flexible and quick

Very poor workmanship, they use very cheap materials. I do not recommend using them.

I called. They said the job was too small and not worth their effort. Said their workers would be too upset. Told me to go somewhere else and find another person to do the job! Said they were helping me!!

Bernard Craig, the estimator wrote up an estimate. Since I wanted the work completed in a short time frame, Mr Craig told me he would put 2 guys on the project which would cost more. 2 men would work to complete the project in a day & a half. The 1st day 2 men showed up, I had to leave for a few hours. When I returned only one man was working & was told the other man had left to go work at another job site Very little was completed on my property. I called both Mr Craig & the owner, James Hodges. Since day one was ending because of rain, I asked the estimated time of completion on the 2nd time. I could not get either one of them to tell me what they considered as a half day, (I was told a normal work day is 8am to 4pm) which seems to me to be around 12 noon as a half day. I asked if the price was going to be adjusted since I paid for 2 workers and only one worked from 8am - to around 2:30pm because it started to rain. A 2nd phone call to Mr Hodges turned into a lot of arguing with me about which day was supposed to be the half day & he didn't know anything about being charged for 2 workers for the project & that the only important thing is that the work is completed within a day and a half. That's not the agreement I had with Mr Craig. The quality of the painting is not professional looking since some areas were just had peeling paint pulled off and then painted over which is something I could do. Mr Craig said if I wanted to look smooth, the wood would have had to been replaced. He only told me this after doing the sloppy job and didn't offer to correct it. If the completed work was not going to look professionally done I could have done what they did and saved my money. In addition I didn't appreciate having to argue them so I just hung. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

After this company came out to look at the required work, it never contacted me with an estimate. I emailed them to inquire about an estimate, but I was not given the courtesy of a reply.

The contractors have kept all apppointments in a timely fashion and have complete this portion of the overall renovation at minimal cost. They are courteous and respectful of my difficulties as a handicapped person.

They came to review the job but blew off providing any estimate. Never heard back. Hired another service for $5k. Guess we weren't worth their time.

Don and his guys did an awesome job. They finished a little over 800 sqft in just a few days. I highly recommend them. Don embodies honesty and integrity in his business. A+

The company proved to be a responsible business. They did their best to resolve concerns and were responsive to the customer's call. I will use them again.

Contractors/Owners are not only phenomenal but compassionate.Work is A-1 and can be flexible and available when needed. If unable to perform nonrelated task, will so inform. These guys are very good.

I did not hire this company, so I cannot speak for the quality of their work. Also, their proposal was very fairly priced. However, based on my interactions with them via e-mail beyond the initial estimation I could not recommend them. They treated me in what I felt was an unprofessional manner, and ultimately told me they wouldn't work for me because I wanted a detailed contract as opposed to just the bare bones proposal and invoice. They assured me that this was an industry standard and my insistence on a contract meant I was sure to be overbearing during the job.
