Okay. It's just, they had to come back to do it again. The first time they did it, it didn't seem like they had done it. It just wasn't very thorough the first time around but they were good about coming back and it looks better. But that was a hassle.

Purchased Angie's list deal for $99. Cleaned two upholstered chairs that were stained on arms with newsprint ink and oils from skin. Able to lighten stains but traces remain. Probably could have been totally removed if we had chairs cleaned a year or two ago. For $30 extra, cleaned two microfiber covered ottomans. Able to remove stains from these, look brighter overall

2 friendly, courteous men showed up a little early, checked out the sofa, my original deal and, when I asked, said they'd do the carpet as well, 25% off usual price. There were dye stains from new blue jeans that they could not completely remove from white sofa, but lightened considerably, now only I notice them. Carpet is pastel, wool/silk hand-woven Persian. It looks magnificent and they only charged $89 to clean it! (carpet expert who was there to see if his company could do the rug recommended I go with 200 degrees) Almost forgot to mention, they also cleaned a large velveteen wingback rocker with equal care.

He was quick. An extra fee of $15 dollars for an ottoman and $85 for a chair. I thought that was a little expensive relative to the cost of the deal.

Harrison was timely and professional. The carpet cleaning job was average. There was a strange excess spill of carpet cleaning solvent that required him to return several days later to address. He was apologetic and was able to resolve the excess solvent spill.

It went well. I moved all the furniture in advance. One room had more stains than the others. That room turned out surprisingly well. A few spots in the living room returned after drying "phantom stains." The carpet took about 12 hours to dry.

This well very well. The provider arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. as promised. He did thorough job of cleaning the areas of my home I had designated; and also was quite thorough in his clean-up of his work area at the end. Throughout he behaved with courtesy and professionalism.

The price is reasonable. I wasn't pleased with the service. It was a small apartment. There was this one guy, he has this really huge machine that he's pulling up the steps and breaking up the stairway. When he was coming down, he was yanking it down. I said don't do that, we're going to be held responsible. They unequated equipment. He came early. They said they would be there between 9 and 10. I got to my daughter's house about 8:30 to try to vacuum before he came. Before 9 o'clock he was knocking at the door. He showed up on time. He came in and looked around. He tried and he's professional. I will never use them again.

200 Degrees did an excellent job--the day beds are a light color and over time picked up fabric dye from sitting as well as normal wear. They look practically new and gorgeous all over again! There was a two-person team that arrived on time and did a great job of explaining the process and going over the results when the job was complete. Very personable and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for deep cleaning furniture or carpet.
