Description of Work: Had a day off. The scheduled from 2-4pm on Monday 7/6. No call no show. I reached out via the angie's list app at 2:53pm. No response. The gentleman showed up at 4:59pm saying he got held up on another job. I had another engagement. Not acceptable in my view. I use Angie's list because its the number one source of verified and reliable services providers. Can't count on this company if they wouldn't offer me the courtesy of a call saying they'd be late or offer to reschedule at a better time. Seems as if they take customers for granted. Description of Work: I had them steam clean one small room where a pet had had a really nasty accident. Our guy worked very h****** the room and and it came out great. I also hadn't realized that he'd need the parking spot in front of my house, and he let us sit outside and watch the van which stayed double-parked rather than making us reschedule. Very accommodating and very hard-working.

Description of Work: They picked up and returned 2 rugs. Price was a little more because They had to take the rugs away to clean due to the fact we were having some remodeling done in the house. I don't remember the date.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for this company to clean and seal the grout on my tile floors. The person who did it was highly professional and explained everything he was doing. When I booked the appointment, the company forgot to ask me to move the furniture from the room, but the gentleman they sent out moved most of the furniture without question.

Description of Work: Stanley Steamer Franchise...They contacted me within 24 hours, and scheduling was dead-simple. The gentleman worked HOURS of Magic. |My soft furnishings appeared to need a complete re-upholstery job. But after "200 degrees" cleaned the couch, the chair, all loose cushions and pillows and the arm-covers, it looked fabulous. The cushions are plumped and the color restored. I rarely rave... but this one deserves it. |Note: The process is VERY wet (that's the "b") ... needed to provide lots of old towels to mop the hardwood floor and access to a garden hose is critical.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in our family room, play room, and stairs. They were very punctual and professional, but the stains returned shortly after. I'm not sure that is through any fault of the company as I've yet to find a carpet cleaners that can clean without the stains returning. The carpet was also very wet which took a while to dry. We, in fact, had to put fans down to dry the carpet.
