Description of Work: Cleaned 1 sofa - 1chair. Requested return visit fabric still soiled,return visit still not successful. Now left with a sofa I must figure out how to have dirt stains which were brought to the surface removed. Quite a dismaying mess. Nice workman but didn't seem suited or knowledgeable about how to properly treat my upholstered pieces. Overwhelming rescue work ahead!!! Will try to fix by hand washing all the left stains. Too much work!! Shucks.
