200 Degrees Hot Steam Cleaning

Description of Work: I've used 200 Degrees three times. The last time they cleaned my entire condo, which is quite large, and made the old, stained carpet look, if not new, very good. I'll use them again. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned a couch, a rug, and a bean bag chair. All 3 are well used and yet when the technician was finished all looked brand new. He worked fast with no disruption to my cleaning service that was there at the same time. Outstanding job!

Description of Work: I had a sofa, chair, ottoman, and area rug steam cleaned. The guys were professional, friendly, prompt (even after I accidentally submitted the wrong address), and they did a good job. I'm very happy with the work and I will use them again.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned two upholstered armchairs. Very polite gentleman (didn't get his name) prepared the area carefully to prevent damage to the other furniture, answered all my questions and did a superb job of removing all stains from the upholstery. Looks terrific.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets in bedrooms and cleaned the mattress which the dog had pee'd on just the day before conveniently! The service was good - they did not show up on time and I had to call the dispatcher but it was sorted out.

Description of Work: They cleaned 2 sofas. They had antiquated equipment which did not get the furniture clean. I pointed out this to them and they said it was the best they could do. After they left, I took some dishwashing soap and water and got the sofas clean.

Description of Work: They came and performed an Angie's list deal for the steam cleaning of my couch. The gentleman showed up right on time and was diligent with his work. While here, we added to the service by cleaning our white dining room cloth chairs. I was satisfied with all of his work

Description of Work: They were great. Cleaned some significantly soiled areas of our carpeting and it came out fabulous. Very Happy.

Description of Work: The company was hired to clean 350 sq ft of tile and grout and then seal the grout. The were very responsive and arrived in time. Unfortunately, once the grout was sealed, a white chalky film formed making the tile/grout look worse than before. I called and the technician came back out the next day. He agreed there was an issue and scheduled to come back later in the week to remove the sealer and reclean the grout. It does look better than before, probably as good as it's going to get. I appreciate their quick response to my concerns.

I'm not sure if the carpet was beyond a good cleaning or if the cleaning was not done well. 200 Degrees was very professional, timely, and the price was very good; I just wish the carpet could have been cleaner. I'm going to buy new carpet now. And I'm still undecided on whether I'd recommend them... probably.
