Robert and his helper did an excellent job. Arrived on time. Stayed within their original estimate for services rendered. Very punctual and efficient. Would definitely use them again and refer to other friends.

I received prompt and courteous service. They did an excellent job of removing pet stains from my carpets.

This was a great experience. Robert responded to my call immediately, and was able to schedule us the next day. Augustus arrived on time, was polite, professional and worked efficiently. The results were amazing, and we were delighted.

I was given a time frame (2-4) and the two man crew arrived at 3:45 in a van. They needed to park right outside the house because they needed to hook up their equipment to my water supply which I didn't know in advance. We don't have a hose bib outside so they hooked it up to the sink. They cleaned all of the cushions and sanitized the sofa. They were done in 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes and it took about 4 hours for the sofa to dry afterwards. The sofa looks a lot better now. I also liked that they had a customer service rep call me (a week later) to ask me if the work was satisfactory.

Great! I called, got a quote and set a date. They showed up on time and started work. The work was done in under 2 hours. Furniture was moved and put back in place. The work looked great, although some stains did not come out.

He was very nice and even cleaned some small area rugs. He showed up on time, and was very efficient and easy to work with. He did a very nice job, and made it a very easy, positive experience. He was very neat!

He came in precisely on time and did the work in a very thorough and workman like fashion. His work was so good that carpeting I thought I would have to replace I can now continue to use!

We were IMPRESSED with the thorough steam cleaning Robert did with the upholstery on the chairs, the carpeted cat tree and litter box. He was very friendly and did his job well. He and his assistant did a wonderful job with the wall to wall carpets at the condo we moved out of, and again with the bedroom/hallway carpets, wool rug and carpeted steps. We'd use his company again!

They were conscientious, polite, and efficient. There was no hesitation to have them perform work again when needed.

Project went very well. Initial phone call was returned promptly. The scheduled service time was changed a few times at my request without problem. Carpet cleaning was performed well. Only slight glitches were that the equipment needed to be hooked up to an water source, which was not a problem but I was not informed in advance. This could be a potential problem if the outside hose bibs are winterized at the time of service. The deodorizing did not last on some pretty heavy pet odors. I don't know that anything will work on pretty heavy pet odors.

Robert returned our initial phone call the same day. He gave a cost estimate for the areas on the phone and set up the appointment for my day of choice. When he arrived he examined the areas to be cleaned, offered his services for the chair and cushion and gave me an updated price. He worked quickly and thoroughly. A fan was set up to help the main bedroom dry more quickly. He walked through the house afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Robert was extremely pleasant and professional.

My overall experience was great. He was prompt, (a few minutes early) professional and thorough.

200 Degrees was called and I left a message. 2 minutes later, I received a call inquiring about the job and scheduling an appointment. The appointment was the NEXT DAY! On the day of the appointment, Robert called an informed me that he would be about 15 minutes early. He arrived just as early as he said he would with one other gentleman. The two confirmed the job and the final cost of the job before beginning their work. They then spent approximately 45 minutes doing a very thorough cleaning of the entire carpeted area. The job was done conscientiously, and all equipment and hoses were passed through the house without disturbing the area they passed through. Robert and I conversed and joked around a bit and then they went on their way. I would hire them to clean my carpet any time. Regarding the price, the job was competitively priced.

Mr. Okuba was the only one of five companies contacted from Angies List to return our call the same day. He was pleasant and cooperative, set an appointment for the next day, called ahead to advise that they were going to arrive a bit early (!), and did the work itself quickly and efficiently. The carpet looks good and the price was fair.
