Excellent, I received a confirmation phone call and email, the crew took their time, moved furturniture, when I had questions they answered them. They are by far the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used.

Great. Robert called to say he would get to my home EARLY and asked if it was OK. I thought my carpet was ready to be replaced because it looked so bad. The cleaning took about 1 1/2 hrs. The carpet looks beautiful no.

They tried to sell me on lots of other things which I agreed to. It turned out to be more than I anticipated. They came in and got the job done and they arrived on time. Also they were friendly.

Robert and Ethan arrived on time and on schedule, prepared to go to work. Set up was smooth and expeditious. Cleaning progressed flawlessly and their attention to detail was impressive. There were no "round corners". The team worked well together, moved furniture and replaced as appropriate. No damage occurred in all the moving required and they were particularly attentive to delicate/breakable objects. The job was completed in a totally professional and outstanding manner. The best of the best at what they do.

The experience was fine. I was surprised at the amount of water that was on my floor from the equipment. I was not expecting that as a side issue for getting my sofa cleaned. If I had carpeting on my floor I would have been a bit upset however, my floor is tile and they did clean up the area upon completion. They were timely in their arrival and got the job completed in the time frame I was told. It took my sofa almost 24 hours to dry completely and that was a bit surprising for me.

Wow, the other reports I read sounded too good to be true, but Robert really does walk on water (in addition to walking on wet carpet)! Our air conditioning pump broke on a Saturday, soaking the carpet all around the furnace room. It couldn't be fixed for several days, so all we could do was shut down the a/c and try to dry out the carpet. By Monday it was turning brown and starting to smell, so that afternoon I called 200 Degrees. Robert tried to get to us that evening but couldn't, so they fit us in before their first job on Tuesday. They were super friendly, courteous, meticulous, and EFFICIENT. Robert explained the charges for everything that needed to be done; I thought they were quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of equipment he uses and the care he and his crew were taking. They returned first thing Thursday morning, again squeezing us in before their first scheduled job, and in just over an hour had our grungy, stained carpet looking good as new.

Overall it went very well. The price was very reasonable. They where very courteous and pleasant. We had a special set up because we didn't have a spigot outside our house but they worked very hard to figure out an alternate way. The only caveat is that they way underestimated the time it would take for the items to dry. We ended having to sleep in a guest bedroom and try keep our toddler off the carpets until the morning.

Robert - the owner, who did the work - was great. He was available on short notice, and the cleaning was better than I expected - he significantly lightened (though couldn't remove) a stain that I thought was absolutely permanent (and hadn't been removed or improved by another company, a year earlier, when cleaning the carpet). Most importantly, the property manager, after the walkthrough the next day, was extremely complementary - he said that the carpet looked almost as if we hadn't lived in the townhouse for the past two years.

I made a appointment and they were able to come that same day but I wasn't able to be there. They were on time. I really enjoyed the company. They were very professional. I didn't like how they had to use my water to clean the carpet.

Arrived well within 1 hour window given (9-10, arr @ 0930), friendly & began work within 5 minutes of arrival. Offered to move furniture (we had not requested and had moved things out of the way), 3 men to do the job, completed within 1.5 hours, very happy with results.

I called up 200 DEGREES HOT STEAM CLEANING the next day and they were over my house within 90 minutes!!! Talk about service. They got all the ink stains out and made the office carpet and stairs look brand new. Very professional and very nice. I highly recommend this company. Wish they all could be like this.

FANTASTIC. Same day service (on a mid-afternoon call) after a week and a half of worrying was just PERFECT!! They arrived at 4pm and were very polite, pleasant and answered all my questions about the water damage, mold, options, etc. Straight talk too, no gimmicks. They put my fears to rest about mold because I wasn't so sure about things after the mold remediation crew came in earlier in the week. Whereas that company had me thinking I needed another air quality test (at $300 just for one room) after the carpet was cleaned.

It was amazing! Our carpeting is 15 years old, but Robert worked his magic and it looks like new. Robert came the day before to give us an estimate. When he realized that we wanted some big pieces of furniture moved, he asked to come back the next day (Sat.) to do the work. He did not charge extra for moving the furniture. He was able to fix a separation on the top step and managed to get the carpets on the steps gleaming. My husband was dazzled by how good everything looks. Robert and his helper were very professional and took pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

They were they wonderful. I live on the sixth floor so not many companies were willing to help me. Robert lugged all his equipment up to my apartment and did a wonderful job. It looks beautiful.

The owner came by himself at the time promised and did the work professionally and quickly. He was careful of my walls and furniture, and did everything as promised. He also called two days later to see if I was pleased with his work.

I called this company and Robert came two days later. Our carpets were stained from coffee, hot chocolate and dog urine. Also, they are almost 20 years old. We have them cleaned every other year. Robert was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned the carpets in a timely manner and even cleaned a small Persian rug for no charge. We really thought we would have to replace the carpet with the coffee and hot chocolate stains but Robert worked on them and the stains. While not completely removed, they looked much better and we will replace that carpet when we replace it all. The carpets look and smell great. He also cleaned some huge sofas and they look and smell good as well.

Robert was able to squeeze us in before the Thanksgiving holiday, arrived promptly (even a little ahead of schedule), performed the work in the exact amount of time he said it would take. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and competent. The well-used rug in our family room (kids and dogs) has not looked this good for a long time!

I felt hustled. He made it sound as though it would be less expensive than it actually was. It's partly my fault. I should have asked for a total price and then told him it was too much. I asked him if it was worth cleaning the sofa and he said it was. It wasn't. The carpets are brighter; the chairs are much cleaner.

They answered the phone right away when I called. They were very polite and professional. Gave a bid over the phone and scheduled me within a week on the date and time that I requested. The person who did the work was very professional and friendly and the work is excellent. I could not be more pleased with how clean and odor free the surfaces are. This is a very heavily used sofa and love seat.

They really did an excellent job cleaning the stains out of the carpet in my bedroom. The have a really great service for a very a good price. They were very professional and didn't miss a beat.

He was very concerned about the stains and went to great lengths to get the sofas perfectly cleaned. Mr. Okubo is excellent, serious, and nice.
