Overall ? an exceptional service. 200 DEGREES called ahead, came in right on-time and performed the job flawlessly and quickly. No mess, no fuss, and no water was left on the floor. Definitely will use their services again.

Easy to schedule, arrived on time -- seemed to spend a lot of time cleaning and doing a good job. Especially nice job with upholstery cleaning. After they left, I noticed they had not cleaned the floor in the closets, though we had moved stuff out of there and there were still visible stains on the carpet, I'm not sure why these didn't come out as they didn't mention it. Also we were charged $10 more for a disinfectant than quoted on the phone.

They called to let me know they would be a little late which was much appreciated. They did the spot cleaning and then shampooed.

Robert told us that spot cleaning is not their preferred method as it can make the spot-treated areas appear brighter and cleaner than the rest of the carpet. However, our previous tenant moved out on a Monday night and the current tenant moved in the following Tues at noon so we didn't have a choice but to spot clean. Robert was very communicative by cell phone about what time he would be there and arrived when he said he would with his assistant. They were both very professional and friendly and the job only took about 20-30 min which is what he'd estimated. They also treated some smaller spots that I hadn't originally specified, but later realized were there. He charged exactly what he said he would when I received an estimate over the phone. They had run out of invoices but were prompt in e-mailing me an invoice so that I could deduct the cleaning cost from the previous tenant's security deposit and return the remainder to her in a timely manner. In the future, Robert recommends all-over steam cleaning between tenants and a stain-guard treatment. He estimated that this would cost $190 for the cleaning and $40 for the stain-guard for our 830sq ft condo. This sounds like a reasonable price and I plan to use them for this service after a great experience this first time around.

200 Degrees did a beautiful job. They arrived early and were very friendly and professional. They cleaned our couch and love seat, which are both covered in white fabric, beautifully and were able to remove stains that Stanley Steamer hadn't been able to over a year ago.

I've used them before. They show up when they are supposed to and they did the work. I moved most of the furniture before, but they helped me with one big sofa. They were careful of my possessions.

He came when he said he would, peformed the work expeditiously and was entirely professional and cheerful. The furniture looks much better.

It was very nice to make the appointment and get the estimate. They performed the services at home and later on called to make sure everything was o.k. and we were happy with the job. Very good and nice people.

This is the second time I've used this service and have been completely satisfied with both experiences. Robert is usually the one who answers the phone and so its pretty easy to schedule an appointment directly with him. He was flexible and punctual. He did the work quickly and with pride. The finished product is exceptional removing stains from my 2 year old that I didn't think could be removed! I would hire again in a second.

They were very good. They were prompt and professional. Their price was very reasonable. They were very nice.

There was a cup on the kitchen counter with a dental partial in it soaking. It was thrown down the garbage disposal. I search, trying the find the partial for two days before I finally called the owner. He denies that they had ever seen it. Maybe they didn't, but his defensive posture was not reassuring. I have windows which tilt in and can easily be taken out. It appears they took the windows entirely out to clean them but when they tried to replace them, several windows had been forced and where damaged. There were large gaping cracks letting cold air into my house. The disappointing thing is that the owner of the company did not tell me about the problem but I had to find it on my own. The cleaning was done well, but I have been looking for bills, hair brushes and other items since they left 3 days ago. Overall, a bad experience. I will try to recover the damage to my windows from them and after that, I want nothing to do with this company.

Really nice guys but 8 1/2 hours late in arriving. I was happy with the job they did as far as getting it clean, they just somehow screwed up the appointment. I was not impressed with their organization.

Very well and quickly - probably the easiest carpet cleaning experience I've ever had. Robert gave me an estimate over the phone, was able to schedule the work promptly (within a couple of days), and the entire cleaning took less than 2 hours. They cleaned the entire carpet & stairs, removed a few pet stains, and sanitized it as well (something I had not originally opted for, but decided to do since he recommended it on inspecting the carpet). Since it was raining heavily that day, he offered to leave a large fan to help dry it. I didn't opt for that, but appreciated the offer. Due to the soggy weather, the carpet took a little longer to dry than it normally would, but it is noticeably cleaner and fresher.

Very good and efficient. My only problem was that he wasn't able to get some of the stains out which is partly my fault because I used resolve and it had bleach in it.

Fantastic experience! They arrived on time, and got right to work. Robert and Lymbani were very professional and thorough. They went above and beyond what was expected. They took extra time and care to clean every spot or stain. They even cleaned a spot in an area that was not part of the requested job. Robert also took the time to explain what was being done and why. He also gave me suggestions on keeping the carpet at its best. I would absolutely use them again and will recommend them without hesitation.

The overall experience was very good. I called three carpet cleaners and Robert was the only one to return my phone call, and he did so promptly. He agreed to come and clean my carpet the very next day. They did a thorough job and still they were quick and professional. Robert gave us tips on how to better care for our carpet so that we will get more life out of it.

This was our second basement flood in a few weeks. 200 degrees responded quickly to our call and we were anxious to have the carpet cleaned so we agreed to have them come the next day. Robert indicated they would be available after church (it was a Sun) and would call around 2:00. At 3:30 we called him and he called back, saying they were getting out as he had said and had to go to Beltsville, then to us. I indicated that would take about an hour, and he said it would be less time. He arrived about 1 hour 20 min. later without comment. When he arrived he noted the area that was wet was larger than he expected, which it was, because more water had seeped in since I had spoken with him. He decided to wait until the next day in the afternoon to start removing the water from the carpet and pad although I indicated we were anxious that the area not smell and that we had replaced the pad the previous time. He said he wanted to avoid the additional expense of replacing the pad and removing the water would do the same thing. The next day Robert and his group arrived, removed the water and placed the fans. They were polite and professional. I said again that I would be OK replacing the pad, but he indicated it would be OK to extract the water from it although he thought some water might still be seeping in. He asked for 100% payment on that first day, but accepted 50% when I said I was not comfortable with that arrangement. The carpet cleaning overlapped with some basement waterproofing we had done, so there was some miscommunication with the basement waterproofing guys who did not replace the fans as Robert said they had promised to do. In the end Robert had to leave the fans there for an additional couple of days to dry the area, which he did not charge me for. Overall, I felt things were slightly less professional than experiences I had had in the past and in the end my basement smelled slightly. We will have to have the carpet pad replaced and the carpet reinstalled after the waterproofing is finished. Hopefully that will take care of it. Overall and OK experience but not great.

They were ok. They were readily availible. They were on time and very responsive. They did what they were suppose to do. I'm not really attached to them.

They were very professional and very courteous. I thin they did a good job. The carpets looked good after they left. It wasn't cheap but they seemed to be in line with the other listings. Overall it was a positive experience.

Couldn't have gone better. These guys are totally professional, punctual and thorough. I would use them again in an instant. I'll recommend without hesitation.

He was excellent! I went on his website and sent him an email. He called me within the hour and we set an appointment for the next morning. When I initially set the appointment I asked him to only clean my basement, living room and stairs but once he came out, he ended up cleaning the dining room because it was connected to my living room as well as the dining room chairs. It took him about 2 hours but once he was done my carpet looked great! I was considering pulling it up and getting hardwood. I will definitely be calling him again to clean my 3 bedrooms!

It got off to a rocky start because I had made the appointment in July for August but apparently the appointment didn't get carried over to the August calendar. I stayed home from work, had my house torn up, and no one showed up. (All dressed up and no place to go!) When I called the office, they explained why they didn't have me listed. They said they could come out later that morning (I had to get to work) or the next A.M. They were there promptly the next morning. It only took them 1 hr. and I was amazed at the results. Robert was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was alot more expensive then I'm used to paying ($219 vs $100 that I've paid in previous years to a different company.) But when the previous company did it, my carpet was damp for days. And I'd called for several estimates from Angie's List and this one was very competitive.

We were very happy with Robert's professionalism. He did a great job working on some tough stains and was very honest about what he could get out and what he could not. Despite his lack of confidence in being able to get some stains out, the next morning, when everything was dry, everything looked terrific! Our rug looks brand new.
