The technician showed up an hour early which was fine since I was here. He was the nicest guy in the world. Unfortunately the suction machine on the truck was not working properly so after about 45 minutes he tried the portable electric suction device which he plugged into two different wall sockets (it had two power cords). When that failed he made a call and was able to get the suction/vacuum machine on the truck to start working. 2 hours later he had finished. I watched most of the cleaning and something just didn't seem right compared to multiple prior times (for which I had used Stanley Steemer). Although the technician worked diligently and cleaned all areas the carped did not seem to be getting clean and the couch did not get clean at all. At the end of the job I took a white towel and rubbed it over the "cleaned" carpet and it was all muddy. There was tons of wet muddy dirt on the carpet. At this point I felt like not paying but the techician was such a hard worker and nice guy I just cancelled the stain guard portion of the job and asked for the price of stain guard to be taken off the total (which he did). I suspect the equipment does not work well or something about their cleaning process is faulty. There was nothing wrong with the technician, I wish he was an employee of mine. He was hardworking and very very nice. It should be noted that I spoke with the owner who offered to come out and clean the caprets again but judging from the condition of his truck and the problems with the equipment, I declined. I do not want to risk wasting another 3 hours just to have to call Stanley Steemer after. Incidentally, I have called Stanley Steemer to come out and reclean my carpets. Update: The technician and a gentlemen named Harrison, who I believe was the supervisor, returned to my house the evening after the initial cleaning and because they were so nice and promised they could make it better, I decided to give them a chance to fix it. They came back 2 days later with the portable machine and cleaned the stairs, carpets and couch a second time with much better results. Everything is much cleaner now. I have upgraded them from an "F" to a "C" for overall experience because I still had to waste two afternoons. I have upgraded them from an "F" to a "B" for Quality because the carpets are now fairly clean.

Excellent job. They were on time and finished when they said they would.

Scheduled 200 Degrees to come out and clean the carpets between 7-8AM on a Saturday. They called and asked if they could come later due to equipment issues. Then called again, and again to delay their arrival. Finally at 3PM my husband called them to ask if they were going to show up at all that day. They said they had called and said they weren't coming. Unsure of who they spoke to as he was the only one home all day. They did not offer a discount or request to reschedule, needless to say, we did not reschedule with them.

Carpet cleaning was excellent! Care was taken when repositioning large furniture. Worked hard scrubbing high traffic areas and stairs. Well-mannered and courteous gentleman who arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete cleaning in less than two hours.

Their prices were competitive and they did a good job on the carpet cleaning. I am reluctant to use them again due to the damage that took place, but the cleaning and pricing was good.

We had difficulties in initial scheduling. Contact the owner who was very pleasant to deal with. Came out to clean the carpets, and they did a great job.

I have used this company several times over recent years. Reliable, honest, hardworking. They always do a very nice job on time and efficiently.

They chose the correct cleaning process and got to work effeciently. All the stain could not be removed, but we were satisfied with th result.

It was off to a bit of a rough start, but Sadie came through. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and I even hired them to come back and clean my sofas. This company works to achieve an A+ on Customer Service and I will recommend them.

Fine. very responsive, polite and quick to answer questions. The two that came to clean the carpet were very nice, respectful of my house, and this is the FIRST time I've ever seen this--- they were SO respectful to EACH other. I was amazed! They did a great job and the price was right. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again!

Great experience! The team showed up on time, were very friendly and helpful. They worked hard, and started right away. They steam cleaned all the carpets and did the over-sized chair within one and a half hours. I purchased a coupon via Angie's List for this company to have 3 rooms and one piece of furniture done for a fraction of the cost and it was worth it! No problem with coupon; it was accepted without any question. The quality is about as good as a portable steam clean company can do, which is obviously never perfect but it was pretty close.

We called and told Robert what we wanted cleaned and deordorized. He gave us a price and we made an appointment. The associates arrived on time and completed their job.

I took advantage of an Angie's List deal offered to members via email. I saw this company's positive rating, so I went into this arrangement hopeful that this carpet cleaner would live up to its ratings and do a better job that the carpet cleaner I had previously used. On my first call to arrange an appointment, no one answered and I was routed to an answering machine. I didn't leave a message; at that time it was not convenient for me to do so. I called a second time a couple of days later, and got the owner who was busy with a customer and couldn't talk to me. He promised to call back, but did not. Several days later I called a third time and left a message. This time the owner did return my call and set up my appointment. Several days later the owner called me again to say that he had gotten my message about rescheduling. Problem is, I hadn't called to reschedule. I said so, and repeated the date that was set for our appointment. He apologized for the misunderstanding and hung up. The day the carpet cleaner was scheduled to arrive we went to a lot of trouble to be prepared, but no one showed up within the agreed upon window of time. When the deadline had passed I called again. The owner claimed that my name was indeed on the list, but had apparently been skipped. The owner made the appropriate apologies and then made arrangements to send someone over to do the work. The gentleman who came, C. J., arrived two hours past the time originally scheduled. He was a hard worker who made a good impression and seemed well informed.The carpets he worked on look generally better (except for the stairs, which showed little improvement--they're in bad shape, so I don't blame him for that), but they do not look as good as I think they could look. He told me the carpets would be dry within 24 hours, but that I probably ought to set out some box fans just to be sure. My home is rather humid, so just on that account I thought it would take somewhat longer for them to dry, but he also left the carpets very, very wet. It's now more than 44 hours later and despite having several fans going most of the time, my carpets still feel slightly damp and the stairs are only now beginning to dry out. There are pieces of furniture that I still cannot return to their proper places on that account. I will never use this company again. Every aspect of this arrangement was mishandled on their part.

They were on time. Very friendly and funny even! Did a great job and were realistic about stains that would not come out. Very pleased with their work.

The carpeting looks beautiful. This was done under a special with Angie's List members. Well worth the deal.

Robert Okubo, the operatations manager came, but on his way his GPS malfunctioned sending him an hour South instead of West. When he realized the error, he stopped for directions and called me to let me know what had happened and how long he would be. When he arrived he apologized and set right to work. Robert Okubo was a very personable, very open, honest and intelligent person. He did the work in about 2 hours and the carpets, which are 23 year old wall to wall pale beige carpets, look and smell like new. There is no after odor. I have several very good pieces of wood furniture, and he was able to keep the steam and wetness away from them so they are unaffected and the carpet just around them is dry. The steamer really did produce 200 degree F steam, and the job is beautiful. I am really pleased. Because he was late he was not going to charge me, but given the quality of the work, I didn't feel comfortable with such a generous offer so I paid him. His work was excellent and I would use his services again.

Overall the service was superb, they did a fantastic thorough job and I was impressed. My carpet cleaner died on me and I am a pet owner needed to get the carpet cleaned but was looking for a good company, 200 degrees Hot Steam Cleaning lived up to my expectations. The carpet was cleaned and deorderized, I immediately felt better. I dont think I would use them again unless it is another special. As I had mentioned before they are a little costly. The cost is the only reason I would not use them again.

They also scotch-guarded the two rooms. They were very courteous and professional. The owner came out himself (with another employee) to do the work. They took great care of the carpets. The carpets look great!

Not much to it. He came when he said he would. I asked him to clean the steps first, just to make sure the carpet was cleanable. He agreed, moved rugs and furniture and was out in a couple of hours.

They did a good job. They brought the truck out and sucked all of the dirt up and out of the house into the truck. They recommended that I have the carpets cleaned every three months. The price was very reasonable and I am getting ready to call them again.

He cleaned the carpets very briskly. However, I don?t think he did it very thoroughly. He seemed to have all the equipment, but he didn?t clean the corners of the carpets. He wasn?t really into it. He was punctual. Since my rugs needed cleaning, it was a good idea to use him. I am only worried that the moths would have gotten into the rugs since he did the cleaning. I am not very happy with that. I feel the quality could have been better. I don?t think I?ll use his services again in the future.

They did fine and they were very professional. I haven't seen the carpets since they have done it because after the work was over people moved in to that house. I didn't get any complaints about them.
