The tile cleaning was fine and most of the grout came out good, but some areas of the grout were not as clean. I asked if he could try harder and he used a hand brush and that helped.

It went great. Their technician arrived right on time and went to work. I'd originally been given a quote of $266 for the job and he asked if I wanted to have the furniture deordarized. I opted for this as we've had pets and kids in the house and it needed it. He addeed that onto the quote and went about his work. There was no pressure to buy "more", which I appreciated. I'd definitely recommend these guys and will use them again.

Cleaning was good, though there was no attempt to move even the smallest furniture. Results were reasonably good. I would use them again.

I was skeptical at first; however the results ended up better than most national brand companies.

After refusing, he eventually told me not only did the 2 small rugs, but also a larger family room rug. I appreciated this, but felt it was done grudgingly at best - altho' it did probably equal a "room". The overall job was just average at best; I could (and can) still clearly see soil in heavy traffic areas. I will say that the carpets were drier than I had anticipated after steam cleaning, and that was good.

The cleaner (two of them) arrived on time, set up their truck in the driveway and went to work. I had them clean a large persian rug as well as the berber carpet underneath it. It was done relatively quickly, and looked a little better than when they started. The berber wasn't all that dirty to begin with and the persian rug was dark colored so it was hard to see any difference. They cleaned a chair and I asked them to do a sofa in lieu of the hallway and they had no problem doing that. They were polite and professional.

The technician was knowledgeable, professional and kind. His level of customer service was top notch. My only concern was that the steam cleaning didn't really clean the two rugs that needed the most attention. I have two mustard yellow and off white, wool rugs. They were still quite dirty once finished so I asked the technician to run over it again, which he did without hesitation. Doing it a second time helped but unfortunately they still weren't entirely clean and the technician said that was all he could do. The rugs aren't in a high traffic area and didn't have any stubborn stains. I am unclear why we couldn't get them entirely clean. Isn't that the point of steam cleaning?

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out awful. I did not like the job that they did and I feel bad saying that. The carpet is dirtier than it was when they started and it sounds nutty. Somehow, I should have asked them to come back and redo it. They left it soaking wet and it smelled like they were using dirty water, but I do not know and then it took forever to dry out even though I had air conditioning on and fans running. There were spots and they could not get the two most basic spots that I felt would come out and they did not come out. They got some other spots out but now the spots are reappearing, it is weird. It is like dirt got attracted to whatever they used to clean the carpet. I have never seen them so dirty since it was shampooed. It was a set of stairs in a little apartment. What I find with carpet shampooers it is the luck of the draw and it is almost a 50/50 chance of getting a good job done no matter what. I saw a truck with a name on it and was going to use that, but then I used Angie's List. The guy was nice in everything. I guess I have been so busy I did not have time to complain to them of this and that. I have had other carpet cleanings done where within a couple of hours of them doing it it was dry and unbelievably clean. It is really an amazing thing with carpet cleaners. So I am not happy with them at all. I would never want to list them for any Angie's List deal, because when they left the carpet was like soaking wet like you push your finger in it and you are getting liquid, so it was like dirty water that was not even sucked out. I had to use air fresheners and I smelt the carpet yesterday and it smells. It is kind of bad. I paid extra amount other than the big deal purchase. They came when they said they would come.

He did an excellent job with the sectional and the rugs. I have a cream couch and it was moderately stained...some were food and drink stains...some were pressure ( sitting or leaning in/on the same place) stains. The couch looked new when he was finished. He managed to remove all of the stains. He did the same with the rugs. Again, one rug looked brand new...the second didn't look brand new...but I could tell that it had been cleaned. This rug receives more traffic than the other rug because it is the one that you walk on as soon as you enter the house. We actually walk on that rug with our shoes. The other rug does not get any shoe traffic ( shoes come off when you walk in my home). I want to emphasize that the price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. Even though he was very timely, courteous and polite, him a "C" in the professionalism category because he used my neighbors water...without permission...to do the cleaning. --- My condo is on the second floor, and I guess his hose could not reach to my faucet ...so he connected his machine to a first floor unit's water source. I didn't realize he had done this until I happened to look out of the window...by that time he was almost done. Outside of the water thing...I think he did an excellent job and I would certainly hire him again.

It went great. They were professional, punctual, polite, friendly, and very hard working. They spent about 2.5 hours on the work and they came out terrific They were able to get out a long standing stain from the white part of the oriental rug. One couch had a bad stain and they came back a second time and worked on it some more (another 1.5 hours) and got all the stains out. My husband and I were very impressed with how hard they work-- they work until the job is finished no matter how long it takes. They came on time and did not rush through the job. And they got the job done, all stains came out and the furniture and rug look great. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and I intend to have them back to do some additional work. I very highly recommend them.

he came in like he was in a hurry and had to get to his next job. I would not use him again he charged me for a small hall way. The bedrooms he went around the beds, so charging for the hall way was a little to much. I would not use hm again although I told him I needed my attic done but I think I was just being nice. hE ALSO CAME AT 9:00AM WHEN HE SAID 10.00: AM. i have an ederly mother that I wanted to get a relative over to get her so he could really do her room well.

This gentleman was great! Prompt, polite, and explained everything. I initially just wanted a sofa, chair and chairs to the dining rom. But then I asked about the 2 area oriental rugs and he showed me a corner done before I made my decision and tha's all it took! Had everything in the dining room was complete and beautiful!!! Would definately hire them again:)))

The provider called in advance of their pending arrival. They came in and assessed the area to be cleaned. I was concerned with moving the furniture, but they told me they would do it. Please note that I don't live in a cluttered or junky house, therefore they only had a few pieces to move. It was a multi-step cleaning process, and they did each step thoroughly (I watched them the entire time). I could immediately see the difference as a result of the cleaning. The only thing that I didn't particular like and had to "get over" was the fact that the door was opened the entire time because of the hose(s). It was a good thing that they were fast, but efficient. However, it's something to take into consideration if it's a large square foot area. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would recommend this company. I thought that it was a great deal and was more than happy with the total cost including a tip.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. They came out when it was convenient for me. I needed them to come on a Saturday. They did outstanding work. If the room is large, it may be considered two rooms and stairs are considered a room. I'm going to use them again without the deal.

Contractor arrived on time identified himself and began working.

He was on time and did a very good job. The coupon was for two rooms, a hallway and a chair and I wanted to clean a sofa and loveseat and a floor rug, but he would only clean the couch and loveseat. I could not understand the logic he used to refuse to clean the rug. Overall, he did a great job and I would use them again.

There were delays in contacting me although I had provided explicit information and spoken with them before purchasing the deal. They were contacted by Angie's list about not responding, but still hadn't called me a day later - I learned this through the answering service. They called me 1/2 an hour after they were scheduled to arrive and said they were running about 1/2 an hour late; they arrived just over one hour later. Service was great and I was very pleased with the outcome, but frazzled by the process.

I had flooding in my basement. in NW DC. Harrison came promptly, exactly the time he promised. He helped dry the rug with industrial fans and cleaned the rug. He even left the fans there and picked them up the next evening, when again he worked with my schedule and was very prompt. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to call him again.

200 Degrees Hot Steam Cleaning was fine. They came, swept the floors and cleaned the carpet. I was not present in that so I didn't had direct contact with the provider on that one.

The price turned out being a little high. But the work was good and the people were courteous.
