they came by at the time and day we had agreed upon and cleaned 6 rugs (various dimensions). they look terrific and very clean now, much cleaner than we had managed to get on previous cleanings. I would certianly recommend them!

It went very well, I was very happy. They were right on time, and got started right away. The carpet looked much cleaner after, and they were even able to get some old stains that previous cleaners were not able to get out. I would recommend and use again.

My husband was there for the cleaning. He was not punctual (3hrs late). The rug was cleaned to my husband's satisfaction. We also had 2 small recliners cleaned and were charged $100 for both. Due to thus vendor's lateness and the multiple calls that we had to make, We will not be using this company again.

We were satisfied with that. I didn't spend anything extra. We didn't have any problems whatsoever, he was very punctual, he tried very hard to solve our problems. I had a couch and a love seat that he worked on that were cream in color and there were also a couple of places that were stained very badly and he tried and tried more than once to get the stains out. He wasn't successful in one instance because the stain had been there for a long period of time. I was very satisfied.

He did a great job! Understand that with steam cleaning it will take awhile for things to dry. I prefer this, however over a dry cleaning service. I was impressed enough to have the provider return to clean & seal my grout and to steam clean 4 Persian Rugs.

l purchased the $155 Big Deal through Angie's List which included cleaning two rooms and a chair. I gave 200 Degrees some additional floor measurements because I wanted to add to the Big Deal. We agreed on the additional cost and made an appointment. The two workers arrived on time, and I showed them what I wanted done. They said "OK" and went to work. They did an outstanding job. Big Deal or not. The next time I need to have my carpet cleaned - I am only contacting 200 Degrees Hot Steam Cleaning. The quality of their work was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this company.

The guys showed up almost an hour early without any warning, I work from home and thus appreciated it however that's not for everyone. We spoke shortly about what I wanted them to do, they never tried to sell me some extra despite that I had a few more pieces of furniture in the room that probably could have used some steam cleaning. They moved the chair outside to avoid damaging my hardwood floors, and later on moved it back inside. I would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the service and the attitude of the young man who did the work. Wish there were more people providing the same level/quality of customer service. My rugs were old and i had considered replacing them. It was more than worth the amount I spent to have them cleaned.

At my request they rescheduled 2 times. They were very cooperative in working around my changing schedule. They were responsive in returning my phone calls. They showed up on time. They began by vacuuming the carpet and then did a thorough hot steam cleaning of the carpet. Don't expect miracles. The cleaning did not get out rust stains and mildew stains but I did not expect that. They recleaned areas that we wanted them to go over again. Finally, they helped us move the carpet from one room to another. We were very satisfied.

I contracted this merchant to steam clean two oriental area rugs in my home. One was an 8x10 and the other was a 8x4 runner. The worker was professional and explained what he had to do and he had all the tools and equipment he need to do the job. In order to do this job, he had to hook up a hose to the outside faucet to run to the truck to enable the steam cleaner. Obviously he brought in through the front door hoses which ran all the way down into the basement. The problem began when I noticed the steam system which he was administering was not working at all. I had two distinct things I hired them to clean and neither were. After he was finished I noticed the same situation. I had asked him to pay close attention to the locations on the rugs but was of no use. I am not happy with the service and will not use them again.

Provider was prompt and set up his cleaning equipment. He was careful not to create a mess. Did the cleaning of the tile in a professional fashion, but couldn't remove all of the discoloration.

I use them regularly now and they always take care of me and my needs and provide top quality service across the board

EXCELLENT job! Arrived on time, very courteous and pleasant, began working immediately, very focused on detail, showed me problem areas on sofa, repeated cleaning of trouble spots, very neat and left everything in good order.

I called that morning and they came later the same day. Cleaned 2 rugs (5 x 7 and 8x 10 ft), did a nice job. I would use them again.

Harris arrived on time and went about his job in a very professional manner. He did not try to sell me more service or tell me that the service I had bought would not get my carpets clean. He cleaned some steps and a dressing area in the bedroom w/o charging extra. I was extremely pleased with the result. The family room carpet was filthy. Now it is spotless.

My tile was nearly 20 years old and had only been home scrubbed and the grout was never sealed. The grout was so ugly that I wanted to replace the tile and decided to take the deal from Angie's List. The company did such an excellent job that I could not believe it was the same tile. He pointed out a few spots were something had rusted in a small spot and there was a chip in another spot. That was so insignificant in comparison to how the overall job looked. He then asked if I had ever had the grout ealed, and I had not. He then quoted me the price to seal the grout. I feel as if I have had a new floor installed and will definitely use them again or recommend them to someone having a need.

He arrived in the specified time, looked at the bathroom floor I wanted done and asked if that was all? The bathrooms are small so he did both for the deal. He informed me that there were certain limits on what he could do with the one tile floor and that there were spots around the claw foot tub he couldn't reach with his equipment. But he worked hard and carefully and the floors looked so much better afterwards. It was money well spent.

I purchased the Angie's List coupon for $99 for 200 sq ft of tile and grout cleaning. The bathroom floor which is very old and probably the original flooring from 1950 was my main target since all the scrubbing in the world was not getting the dingy patina that had formed. Harrison from 200 Degrees arrived on time and did the bathroom and kitchen floors - both of which look 100% better than they did before. The bathroom floor still is not new-looking, but it is so much better than it was before. All in all I'm satisfied with the results.

Serviceman was on time. Moved furniture, cleaned grout. There was an extra charge for 79 sq. ft. more than the officer. Serviceman offered and I accepted offer to seal tile. Cleaned up after performing services.

I wasn’t there when they did the work, but they did a good job.
