The provider (Harrison) was extremely easy to communicate with and scheduled the cleaning immediately. I was under a time crunch so he scheduled the cleaning for 2 days from the time I called. I had a conflict with the maids so he easily re-scheduled for the next day. They were to arrive at 12 and called several times to let me know they would be 15 minutes late, which I very much appreciated. 2 workers arrived and took some time to setup the equipment. They parked their van in our driveway and ran the houses through the front doors. 2,000 square feet of carpet took approximately 3 hours. It was raining the day they performed the services. Feedback on the job: - They parked their van in our driveway and when they were done and left, there was a large area of debris (dirt, dog hair, carpet particles) left on the driveway. My husband had to take the hose out and clean it off - that was an oversight on their part from my perspective. -The hoses were brought in through the front door and when they left there was a large scratch on the door. The door is painted glossy black and they must have scratched it with the equipment. In any event, it has to be repainted. -They left mud on the wood floors on the main level from - granted it was a rainy day but they could have used a we towel to wipe the floors that they traveled through. -There was some water damage on the stairway landing (water marks on the paint) on the stairs going up to the 3rd floor. It has to be repainted. -The carpets looked "OK" nothing fantastic. Grated they are old carpets but I've had them cleaned recently and they looked much better than this job. -They left the carpets SOPPING WET. I mean so wet you can't walk 2 steps without completely sopping your socks. Like squishy wet. I think the equipment must not have been powerful enough to extract all of the water as they are still wet (12 hours later). -They were extremely polite and I would use them again but for the issues above.

Very well. The workers had difficulty getting their equipment to work at first but once they switched to an alternate machine, everything went smoothly. Very accommodating.

There was one additional charge for carpet protection which I agreed to pay. I would recommend them because they were very efficient, professional and did a good job overall.

The provider arrived on time, performed all his work and left in approximately 2 hours.

It was a good deal. The merchant came when he stated he would. Very thorough work.

The provider did an acceptable job but did arrive at least 90 minutes late, although he did call to tell me this. There was, as it seems to be with most Angie's list deals, a surcharge for something (I think it was the fact my cushions come off the couch, as opposed to being built in. ???) The couches were cleaned nicely and all old pet smells removed.

He did a beautiful job getting the dark stains out. He was doubtful in the beginning but managed to get them out almost completely.

The service was okay. The steam cleaning left the oriental rug really wet so I'd probably clean it another way in the future. The service tech didn't have enough water in his tank and had to use some of my water. He had to turn the a valve on in the basement to get water to the outside spigot and didn't turn it off. I didn't notice it until recently and there is an icicle hanging from the spigot on the outside and I'm praying the pipe has not frozen because of it. The service provider was great.

I paid for more than I actually used, I could have gotten another chair or loveseat done, but I do not have one. I asked for extra cleaning to be applied to certain areas of the couch, where I had leaned against the back. I don't know know if it would have helped, but I didn't see the extra work performed and the oily area was dispersed more than removed

He wasn't able to get all the stains out but I felt he did a very good job. It took several days for the steamed furniture to completely dry out.

The two arrived on time and brought the cleaner into the house. They spray treated the rug and went over the stained area several times. At the end the treatment was probably not best for this type of rug. It removed the stain but faded the color in the carpet. They were very respectful and professional.

Contractor was very punctual. Actually, arrived before me (being a rental property). Very professional and mild manner. I am very satisfied with the workmanship, would use him and refer him too. When asked to retouch an area he did so willingly.

They were excellent and I have recommended them to other people. Their prices are excellent. The scheduling is convenient and very quick. The workers were so professional and came in and did their job and left.

Their first arrival onsite was very frustrating as they were not able to get their steam cleaning machine to operate. We had made special arrangements in order to have the house cleared and ready for their visit. The owner, Harrison?, was apologetic and called me a few days later to reschedule after the machine was repaired. They showed up ontime and cleaned the carpets in three rooms, stairs and twp hallways. They included the stairs and another hallway as a consideration for the missed appointment. The carpets looked great afterwards.

Once Harrison arrived, he immediately began working quickly and efficiently. The steam cleaning machine produced a lot of excess water on the floors surrounding the furniture. Harrison asked me for old towels when he first arrived and he made sure to wipe up the water as he went. He removed ALL the stains from the cushions and did a good job on the over-all cleaning of the sectional. I'm very happy with the finished look and would recommend 200 Degrees Hot Steam and Cleaning to anyone needing upholstery cleaning.

Everything looked great! One must remember that this is steam cleaning and not dry cleaning so the items are wet. We put a fan out to allow the furniture to dry faster. They did such a good job that I hired them later to steam clean some Persian rugs and to clean the grout in my kitchen and one bathroom. I put the rugs on my deck to have them cleaned. (it helped greatly in keeping the water off the hardwood floors) We then put them on the tiled floor in the basement with fans to assist in drying,

They arrived at the latest hour of the window of time we were given. There were two people for the job, Harrison and Pius. Harrison, was the person cleaning the furniture and Pius was apparently his assistant. Harrision worked from the time he arrived until the time he left. However, Pius was not very motivated and I noticed Harrison had to keep telling him what to do and when to do it. Pius stood around and watched a lot, when he wasn't on his phone. Pius was bringing hoses and equipment needed for the job into my home and just dropped them inside my front door onto my hardwood floors leaving a small scratch on the floor. Harrison had to tell him not to just drop the items on the floor. Although I was disappointed in Pius lack of work, Harrision made up for it 10 fold.
