200 Degrees Hot Steam Cleaning

I would give them a solid B.I told them I needed some caulking done and they said they would but when they got there he said they don't do caulking but he did do a pretty good job cleaning the grout in the shower that was in pretty bad shape

Everything went OK but days later we discovered that one area under an arm was still soiled. We thought it was just wet when they finished so we did not call their attention to it. Not enough of a problem for us to call them back.

They did what they said they would do, which was to steam clean our couch. It worked out fine.

I purchased it using a deal through Angie's List. I had trouble getting contacted back from the company about specifics - I had to ask repeatedly if there was anything I needed to do prior to get ready and never heard back. Additionally, the company did not tell me that they would need to run a hose outside of my window (I live on the third floor), which would have been good so I could alert my neighbors. The two people who arrived worked quickly and were very polite and professional. They seemed to do a decent job, though did not tell me anything about how long to let the carpets dry or wait before walking on them (which is usually an important part of the instructions). When they left, my kitchen floor was absolutely soaked with water. I don't know if it was from the company or an unfortunately timed coincidence (though I don't know where that much water would have come from otherwise). There was also water tracked through my main room towards the window they used to drop the hose from. That piece left me very unhappy - I felt they left my house in not great shape upon leaving. That said, the job for which they were hired to do - clean the carpets - they did well and quickly. I would not complain formally but I would not use them again.

They did a fantastic job and were very courteous and even tried to entertain my barking pugs. Everything looks immensely better. I would highly recommend 200 Degrees!

They arrived early, were pleasant and professional and di a great job!

Although their truck contains the dirty water that is extracted from the carpet, I wanted to see what came out. Yuck! I believe steam cleaning is the only way to go -- no chemicals for me. Great value.

Met my expectations in all respects. Did not do deodorizing but likely will in the future

I purchased the sofa set about nine years ago and it was definitely in need of professional cleaning. I was happy to learn the company also cleans carpet because I needed a small carpet cleaned too. The company responded immediately upon my purchase of a Angie list Big Deal. The technician arrived on time, worked quickly and was proficient in executing his duties. He took special care not to get water on the floor or walls. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I will use their services again.

Harrison was punctual, meticulous and very professional. He took time and effort to steam these sofa and chair. These pieces had never been steam cleaned and required a lot of attention. I appreciate the thorough job. Harrison took time to review the job with me, point out areas that may require attention in the future, and also shared suggestions for ongoing care of the white upholstery. I would use this company again for sure.

Both deals went very well. The provider spent ample time cleaning both the tile. grout and carpet. I am very pleased at with the results.

On 07/31/2015 I placed an order on line for a value coupon to clean 1 sofa and 1 side chair for $99.00. I received the email notification that my order went through and waited. On August 4th, I had not received a notification and phoned to follow up. After a short conversation, we agreed to have the work done on 08/06/2015 at 4:30. The technician arrived promptly on time, but I became a little concerned because the work van was unmarked without any signage. I then purchased an additional chair so that the sofa and both chairs could be cleaned at the same time and let the technician begin. The sofa is ash grey and the chairs are very bright orange - both linen. The job took approximately an hour and 1/4 and when checking the furniture, I did point out that the arms of the chairs seemed very dark. It was explained that they were wet and would take a little longer to dry and I should give it 24 hours. I waited the 24 hours and the arms of the chairs were still dark, actually darker than before the cleaning. I am unsure what chemicals were used but phoned the company and explained the situation. They did offer to return and "try again" and my sentiment was to say thank you but no. My hesitancy is that additional chemicals and steam could actually change the color.

He arrived on time and was very efficient. When I asked him to re do an area that still looked stained, he did so without question. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell me any extra services such as fabric protection.

Very well. This was after another provider, Crestwood Carpet Cleaners had come the previous day and tried to pull a "bait and switch," claiming (falsely) that the carpet was wool and therefore should not be steam cleaned for the price they had quoted ($69), but needed a $199 "shampooing." 200 Degrees, on the other hand, was professional and knowledgeable, and appeared to do a good job with the steam cleaning.

He arrived on time. He worked about 3 hours. When he finished, the carpet looked clean. Because I have used them several times, I would highly recommend 200 Degrees for your carpet cleaning.

He was really nice and he did a really nice job. I didn’t have 2 rugs in the size that the deal offered, so he cleaned a bunch of little rugs. I was so happy.

The floor looked clean when it was wet. When he left and the floor dried it had some stains. I contacted 200 Degrees the same day. The company sent someone out the next day, and he removed the stains. After it dried, the tiles looked clean.

Provider showed up on time. Very professional and explained what services would be provided. We purchased a home that appeared had water damage in basement room. I had planned on taking out carpet later and just replacing due to discolor and smell but figured I needed a few months first, just figured a cleaning would possibly help. Very impressed with the cleaning and the carpet is not as bad as once thought possibly able to keep. Tech spot cleaned, deodorized, and shampoo/steam it cleaned.

Thy were fantastic in terms of service and the carpets were cleaned perfectly. The only qualifier I would have is that I don't think they really stretched the oriental carpet out properly while it was drying so there are a few riipples in the carpet that were not there previously. Still waiting to see if these flatten out with time but so far, in 12 months, they have not.

They showed up right on time. The procedure took about 5 hours (and then another 8 hours to fully dry). Place looks great!

Smooth as silk. Guys were on-time, pleasant, and well prepared. Did a great job, quickly, and were done and on their way with no fuss.

It went well. He was thorough and professional. The price was good. I don't think I was gouged at all.
