Went above and beyond what I asked for. Excellent work -- I would definitely use this shop the next time I need it repaired or maintenance done.

I contacted Riley Lawn and Auto Repair when i noticed that my car was leaking coolant and i needed repaired fast and my neighbor told me about his lawn mower mechanic also services cars so i got his number called him. When Mr. Riley answered the phone he greeting was very professional and had a friendly tone to it. I proceed to tell Mr. Riley my problem with my car and I asked if he could do engine swap om my lawn mower. So we agreed on a time for me to drop them off and my wife drove me to work. That afternoon Mr. Riley calls me with the estimate he said that since i was having both my car and riding mower serviced at the same time I saved $30 in labour. He gave me a brake down of the expenses and I asked how long it work take and he said he would try to have them both completed by the end of the day tomorrow i said thank you and at 4:30 the next day he called and said they were both done so i told him i'll be there to pick them up after 5. I get there a little after 5 and i see the tractor has been washed and looks good and the windows on my car had been clean. We settle the bill gives me a copy of the invoice and i was happy to see that he also included care instructions for the mower and he cleaned the engine bay of my car. A week after the work was completed we received a thank you card. With the level of service he provides i will use Riley Lawn and Auto Repair for all my vehicle and lawn mowers.
