+ -1 moreSo impressed by this man - he told me he didn't work on Bosch but was curious about the situation and asked if he could at least come by to have a look see as he was scheduled to be in the area. By this point I had nothing to lose so he came by, same day, and very long story short fixed the Bosch. Not only did he fix the Bosch he called the next day to make sure it was still working properly. I would hire this guy again in a heartbeat. He is professional and genuinely enjoys what he does. His enthusiasm is what led to the Bosch fix. We are so grateful to him, highly recommend.
Description of Work: Bosch refrigerator died - no idea what was wrong. Had a very difficult time locating someone who works on Bosch.

Description of Work: They called and left a message confirming the appointment. When they did not show I had to call them. Was told well I guess I can make it there. Apparently, I would not have gotten even a phone call telling me he wasn't planning on showing. I thought the rate was very high although I do not have anything to compare it to. But he did manage to fix the washer.

+ -1 moreRefrigerator not working. Diagnosed problem and advised us to avoid unnecessary repair that wouldn't last. Also put us in touch with factory ombudsman who got us a discount on a replacement even though out of warranty.

He is always available, is very responsive (I never have to wait very long for him to arrive), and is on time. He is professional and very pleasant. His prices are competitive and reasonable (I have checked the prices of parts on-line).
