Description of Work: I had an electri heater that wouldn't work properly, kept blowing circuit breakers. I called them for an estimate. They tol me that there would be a $90.00 sevice fee up front, whatever cost of materials and $90.00 per hour for each hour after the 1st hour. It took them about 45 mins to find the problem. A messed up breaker that respond properly even to testing. They replaced it and said that the $90.00 would be find and to forget about the cost of the breaker.
