Value **UPDATE BEWARE** Two workers came to my house on Tuesday to start the job. Two windows were to be closed off and two new ones put in, in a different location. The wrong windows were ordered (I have been waiting since February). The workers proceeded to close off the other two windows. On Tuesday they knew they needed 2x6 and indicated they did not have them. When they returned on Wednesday to complete the closed-up windows, they still utilized 2x4. Not only did they use the wrong materials, but they also left the job completely unfinished. I knew I was responsible for the painting and spackling. But, I did not intend to have to fill in gaps and holes and hang plywood. I can completely see through the other side. Joes response was that the contract was to only close the interior wall. Who only closes one side and leaves the other side with insulation showing? Come to find out that the workers who did the work were subcontracted out and do not work for the company. In the meantime, I have reached out to Joe by text and email several times and have gotten no response. I signed a contract back in February to have two windows closed off and two new ones installed on a different wall. I was initially told a May start date. May has since come and gone and I have been given the run around since. The first excuse was that the materials were delayed. I have now been informed the materials are in, however, employees are out due to injury/illness. I have asked multiple times for a potential start date. I selected this company based on being given the May timeframe for the installation as I have another project going on that can not be completed until this work is done. I even asked if I could just have someone come out to close off the two windows (materials would not have been an issue) and I was told they do not have anyone to send out. I have been extremely patient and now am completely frustrated that I m not getting any answers. They were super quick to take my deposit and after that, it has been nothing but a standstill and we are nearly approaching September. I would not recommend this company if you are planning to have any work done promptly.

Shane and Jessie were the workers who came to do the install of the 4 windows and a 8 ft slider. They came when they said and stayed until the whole job was complete. Shane treated my condo like it was his and did an amazing job. They worked great together, answered all my questions, explained everything they were doing and came every day until the job was finished. Would highly recommend them for any installs.

*Ordered doors Oct. 2021. Supplied large deposit for 5 doors. *Not a word or update - July 9, 2022 - Here I am with the front door still backward with the interior of the door outside, a hole in the door where the deadbolt belongs, and foyer furniture in the family room with no idea when this project will be complete, or even a POSSIBILITY of completion. It is mind boggling. And mind-numbing. On June 24, Joe left me a voicemail after my pleading for status info, that my frame should be on the truck on July 6, that we would then have it in hand, and that we would then get you scheduled, and done. He also indicated that he would send the installer to install the deadbolt, well, none of this has happened. Texted Joe on July 6 for status. Informed me via text that the frame was on the truck, but he had no idea when it would arrive because of the holiday. Huh? Uh, thanks? Gee, I feel so much better now. This is where it ends for now. I have reduced my rating from 2 stars to 1. Almost out of allowed characters. *Ordered doors Oct. 2021. Supplied large deposit for 5 doors. *Not a word from ESWD until I called in March 2021. *Was told by Terry, the salesperson that I could call the manufacturer. *Informed Terry that I expected ESWD to obtain that information. Said he would. *Heard nothing. Subsequent phone calls were not returned. *April 2022 receive email from the owner stating doors are near completion. *May 2022 we arrange installation on June 7 8. I take off those 2 days from work. *Guys show up on time with great products on June 7 *Remove the entire frame containing the entry door and 2 sidelights. *Install new frame, door, and sidelights. *DOOR IS HINGED ON THE WRONG SIDE, AND SWINGS THE WRONG WAY! It is backward! *Installer contacts Joe, the owner. Joe wonders if I will consider keeping it this way. Denied *Joe offers re-mortising the frame for hinges on the other side and the other frame mods needed and patching the other side with $200 discount. Denied. *Joe informs me that he is in possession of a frame that is properly mortised, etc. and that the installers will retrieve it and finish my entry door installation on Mon. Jun. 13. I agree. I am already off work, as I am leaving for out of town on that morning. My son would be present for installation, and the installers and I determined that my husband's arrival time would be adequate for final inspection and payment. *On Monday installer texts to inform them they are at the warehouse and should arrive to my house by 9:30a. *At 10:20 I text the installer to see what is up. There is no frame at the warehouse. No one will be coming to my house to correct this error. I am informed that Joe will contact me in the evening with options. *Monday evening - Nothing. Now, here I am with an incorrect entry door. My furniture cannot be taken out of my family room and put back in the foyer. I have a hole where the deadbolt belongs, and an old crappy knob (my old knob). The installers and I agreed that there was no reason at the time of incorrect installation to install a new knob and deadbolt as they would be installed on the properly installed door the following Monday. *It is now Friday, Jun 17, and Joe has not contacted me one time. *Called Joe We would Jun 15 to find out what is going on. Had trouble with the connection, and could not hear him well. Asked him to call me back when he was in a better location. Said he would call that evening. Did not call. *Called Joe today, Jun 17. Said he was sorry did not call, blah, blah, blah. Asked him WHAT IS GOING ON. Said he was ordering a frame from the manufacturer. Expressed my displeasure at the complete lack of communication, blah, blah, blah in return. *Products are nice, installers are great, but communication and customer care are nonexistent. * The value for money rating above has been greatly reduced by the sheer frustration and life disruption caused by...

Salesperson, extremely knowledgeable of products, wanting pricing for entire home of 29 windows to be replaced, signed contract and paid down payment for windows of nearly $5000.00 dollars over month ago. We have not heard a peep out of the company to when a person is to come out and take true measurements of windows, we were told lead time for windows is 13=14 weeks from manufacture. I'm truly getting concerned about this company, going to give a call Tuesday to the owner and find out what is going on, never liked working with contractors they are your best freind to secure project then you are at the mercy of there work schedule

Price and quality as well as installation are excellent, no complaints. My only comment is that Covid hit after we had ordered and it took 4 months to get them, not Eastern shores fault. these windows are 85 MPH standards and are top of the line and were 1/2 of the quotes we got from every other place. The foreman's wife pitched in to keep us posted since other members collected unemployment. Worth the wait, great people!

We replaced 23 windows. The company was patient as we worked through refinancing to pay for the job. The representative and installers were very friendly and diligent. Their prices were better than other major big box or window selling companies. Our home is 100 years old and the difference in noise and energy efficiency is remarkable. I recommend this company without reservation. The work was completed in January, 2020.

Great process: Salesperson stops by your home to discuss the product, measures the openings and quotes you a verbal price with a follow up written quote. The person who will be installing the product stops by to re-measures and schedules a installation time. Communications are between installer and yourself. However, I had a few questions and the companies owner (Joe)took my call and answered my questions. Quality Workmanship. I had 2 windows remover and replaced. Thank you Joe, Matt and Terry. We ordered a simple side door to be installed on our garage. The present door was ruined so we knew we needed a new door. Their rep, Terry, came and gave us an estimate. We paid 600.00 down which was a lot more than was expected. This is now September 11. This was ordered July 18. Several calls and texts made. Very poor customer service. Left a message for Joe the owner. He said he d expedite the order and he was sorry. Well, we re still waiting. We have no door on the garage which could invite burglary. Any suggestions?
